The world of insects and wildflowers

Today's latest edition, welcome to my blog, this time I'm back to hunting insects, because hunting insects is sometimes really fun I get to encounter some unique and interesting insect species. In today's edition, I really found one insect species that is truly unique and very interesting. Flowering clay plants also didn't escape my attention, so they are on my list today.

Let's go over a bit about one of the insect species I found. This insect belongs to one of the stag beetles that has a slightly thin body shape and quite a large size. But be careful with this beetle. If you take a closer look at its front shell, isn't it terrifying? These two claws really work for this stag beetle. Its strong and sturdy handles can catch its prey. I myself got pinched by this type of stag beetle a few months ago. It's not impossible—the two claws are shaped like saw blades, really sharp and very painful. Besides that, once you're pinched by both of them, it's very hard to get free.

Some time ago, I came across a caterpillar like this one, but today, while I was out hunting for insects, I found this species of caterpillar crawling on a grass branch. It would have been a shame to just ignore it. To me, this caterpillar has very interesting characteristics. After photographing it, I was amazed by the blend of colors on its body, so I had to take more pictures. Luckily, today it was cooperative, staying still and calm, which made it much easier for me to photograph.

Talking with wild plants, I will discuss a little about the early development of this type of wild ketul plant. When the flowers start to bloom, like in the picture below, the flower buds involved are very tiny. Look at the comparison from the beginning to the end.

This flower blooms so beautifully, I'm really fascinated by this wildflower, it's truly very pretty.

The days pass and the changes are becoming more noticeable, right? After a few days of blooming from its bud, a very drastic change happened in the development of the wildflower. Its flower changed by having tiny needle-like fungi all over its petals, but it still looks nice.

Ironically, when its time is almost up, the tiny needle-like particles attached to the flower petals will slowly fall off one by one. Strangely, this flower is very annoying when it's hard to reach its aging stage, because when we touch the flower, those little needles I mentioned earlier will stick to our clothes.
