Comencé calentando bien los hombros, las muñecas y los antebrazos con movilidad y con liga para el manguito rotador, luego me puse a hacer algunos fondos y flexiones para entrar en calor, con un poco de balance de pino y subidas a fuerza, luego depresiones escapulares para entrar en calor para la plancha.
El entrenamiento se basó en 3 ejercicios específicos de plancha y otros 3 de basicos: el primero fueron negativas de tuck planche, donde sigo sintiendo bastante progreso y siento que el press está cada vez más cerca. Luego hice unas arrancadas de tuck a tuck advanced, durando 3 segundos en tuck y luego 1 en tuck advanced. El último específico fue de L- sit a tuck planche, para más propiocepción, aguantando 2 seg en L-sit y 2 seg en tuck planche. luego los basicos fueron, flexiones de pino llegando a 5 reps, flexiones en lean planche llegando a 6 reps y fondos llegando a 20 repeticiones.

I started by warming up my shoulders, wrists, and forearms with mobility exercises and a rotator cuff strap. Then I started doing some dips and push-ups to warm up, with some handstand balance and power step-ups, followed by scapular dips to warm up for the plank.
The workout was based on three specific plank exercises and three more basic exercises: the first was a tuck planche negative, where I continue to feel quite a bit of progress and feel like the press is getting closer. Then I did some tuck to advanced tuck starts, holding for 3 seconds in the tuck and then for 1 second in the advanced tuck. The last specific workout was from L-sit to tuck planche, for more proprioception, holding for 2 seconds in the L-sit and 2 seconds in the tuck planche. Then the basics were handstand push-ups with 5 reps, lean planche push-ups with 6 reps, and dips with 20 reps.
