Bizcocho de mantequilla || Butter sponge cake

Hola a todos queridos Hivers, feliz miércoles. El día de hoy les traigo la receta de un rico bizcocho de mantequilla muy esponjoso y lleno de sabor.

  • 100 gramos de azúcar.
  • 70 gramos de mantequilla o margarina.
  • 1 huevo.
  • 100 mililitros de leche.
  • 130 gramos de harina.
  • 1/2 cucharada de polvo de hornear.
  • 100 grams of sugar.
  • 70 grams of butter or margarine.
  • 1 egg.
  • 100 milliliters of milk.
  • 130 grams of flour.
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder.

Primero vamos a mezclar el azúcar junto a la mantequilla y el huevo. Debemos batir hasta que estén bien integrados los ingredientes y se nos forme una crema de color amarillo claro.

First we are going to mix the sugar with the butter and the egg. We must beat until the ingredients are well integrated and a light yellow cream is formed.

Luego de esto le agregamos la leche.

Seguidamente la harina y junto el polvo de hornear.

Then add the flour and the baking powder.

Mezclamos y nos debe de quedar una mezcla espesa.

Mix and we should have a thick mixture.

Preparamos el molde de 15 centímetros de diámetro, con mantequilla y harina para que no se pegue el bizcocho y vertemos la mezcla.

Prepare the 15-centimeter diameter mold with butter and flour so that the cake does not stick and pour the mixture.

Lo llevamos a hornear por unos 30 o 40 minutos a 180° C, sabremos que estará listo cuando al introducir un cuchillo éste salga limpio.

Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes at 180° C. It will be ready when a knife comes out clean.

Sacamos del horno y dejamos reposar la torta en el molde por unos 10 minutos para que enfrié un poco.

Sacamos el bizcocho del molde y dejamos enfriar totalmente.

Con esto ya tendríamos listo este delicioso bizcocho muy esponjoso que no necesita de saborizantes artificiales para obtener un rico sabor.
