Mini brochetas de pan árabe y salchichas || Mini skewers of Pita bread and sausage.
Feliz jueves para todos, el día de hoy les traigo la receta de unas deliciosas mini brochetas que están envueltas en pan árabe el cual les enseñaré a preparar desde cero, esto acompañado de una rica salsa de ajo y cilantro que combina muy bien con estos pasapalos.
Happy Thursday everyone, today I bring you the recipe for some delicious mini skewers that are wrapped in Arabic bread which I will teach you to prepare from scratch, this accompanied by a rich garlic and cilantro sauce that combines very well with these appetizers.
Para el pan árabe:
- 250 gramos de harina de trigo.
- 180 mililitros de agua.
- 1 cucharada de sal.
- 1/4 cucharada de azúcar.
- 1 cucharada de aceite.
Para la salsa:
- Ajo.
- Ajo en Polvo.
- Aceite vegetal.
- Sal.
- 1 huevo.
- Cilantro.
Para las brochetas:
- Pan árabe.
- Salchichas.
- Aceite.
For the Pita bread:
- 250 grams of wheat flour.
- 180 milliliters of water.
- 1 tablespoon of salt.
- 1/4 tablespoon sugar.
- 1 tablespoon of oil.
For the sauce:
- Garlic.
- Garlic powder.
- Vegetable oil.
- Salt.
- 1 egg.
- Cilantro.
For the skewers:
- Arabic bread.
- Sausages.
- Oil.

Salsa || Sauce
Empezamos preparando el pan árabe, para ello vamos a verter en un recipiente la harina de trigo, la sal, el azúcar y el agua y mezclamos con una cuchara.
We begin by preparing the Pita bread, for this we are going to pour the wheat flour, salt, sugar and water in a bowl and mix with a spoon.
Agregamos el aceite y mezclamos un poco.
Add the oil and mix a little.
Luego empezamos a amasar con nuestras manos bien limpias por aproximadamente unos cinco minutos hasta obtener una masa suave y que no se nos pegue en las manos.
Then we start to knead with our clean hands for about five minutes until we obtain a smooth dough that does not stick to our hands.
Dividimos la masa en seis partes iguales y las hacemos bolita, luego las dejamos reposar unos 10 minutos en un recipiente tapado.
Divide the dough into six equal parts and roll them into small balls, then let them rest for 10 minutes in a covered container.
Cuando pase el tiempo empezamos a estirar cada una de las bolitas que hicimos en la mesa o en mi caso en una tabla.
Estiramos agregando suficiente harina de trigo para que no se pegue.
When the time is up we start to stretch each of the balls we made on the table or in my case on a board.
We stretch adding enough wheat flour so that it does not stick.
Vamos a estirar y dejar la masa lo más fina posible.
We are going to stretch and make the dough as thin as possible.
Repetimos el proceso con las demás.
Repeat the process with the others.
Ahora colocamos a calentar a fuego medio bajo un budare o plancha y cuando esté bien caliente colocamos una de las masas. Dejamos dorar solo un poco y damos vuelta.
Now heat a griddle or griddle pan over medium-low heat and when it is very hot, place one of the doughs. Let it brown just a little and turn it over.
Continuamos con las demás y cuando estén listas las dejamos en una bolsa o papel transparente.
We continue with the others and when they are ready we leave them in a bag or transparent paper.
Para empezar a armar las brochetas, tomamos uno de los panes y los cortamos las orillas para que quede en forma de cuadrado. Colocamos la salchicha arriba de ella y enrollamos.
To start assembling the skewers, take one of the loaves of bread and cut the edges so that it is in the shape of a square. Place the sausage on top of it and roll it up.
Cortamos el enrollado para que nos queden porciones de dos centímetros y los introducimos en el palito de brocheta.
Cut the roll so that we have portions of two centimeters and introduce them in the skewer stick.
Así nos deben de quedar.
Luego los llevamos a la nevera por unos 15 minutos mientras preparamos la salsa.
This is how they should look.
Then we take them to the refrigerator for about 15 minutes while we prepare the sauce.
Comenzamos a preparar la salsa: En una licuadora vertemos cuatro dientes de ajo, cilantro, el huevo cocido, 1 cucharada de vinagre, 2 cucharadas de aceite, ajo en polvo y la sal.
We start preparing the sauce: In a blender we put four cloves of garlic, coriander, the boiled egg, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic powder and salt.

Llevamos a licuar y luego de que este todo bien integrado agregamos media taza de aceite en forma de hilo hasta que nos quede la salsa.
Blend and once everything is well integrated, add half a cup of oil in a trickle until the sauce is ready.
Sacamos de la nevera y freímos nuestras brochetas por un minuto cada lado.
Remove from the refrigerator and fry our skewers for one minute on each side.
Servimos y acompañamos con la salsa que preparamos y estarán listos para comer con tus invitados.
Serve and accompany with the sauce we prepared and they will be ready to eat with your guests.
