Fotografiando maleza [ENG/ESP]
When I see the green areas of my city, I don't always stop to look at all the things that are there.
In a vacant lot, without any care, you can find really interesting things to photograph.
In my opinion, we don't always have to photograph colorful flowers, skies with fancifully shaped clouds or large plants, no; the great thing about nature is that you can find really beautiful and interesting things in the least unexpected places.
Today I decided to go out to some natural areas that don't normally get the care that, say, a garden does.
I stopped to carefully observe a few little things and the first thing I captured was a small group of wild plants.
Cuando veo las áreas verdes de mi ciudad, no siempre me deterno a observar todas las cosas que hay allí. En un terreno baldío, sin ningún tipo de cuidado, se pueden encontrar cosas realmente interesantes que se pueden fotografiar. En mi opinión, no siempre tenemos que fotografiar flores coloridas, cielos con nubes de formas extravagantes o plantas de gran tamaño, no; lo genial de la naturaleza es que se pueden encontrar cosas realmente bellas e interesantes en los lugares menos inesperados.
Hoy me decidí a salir a algunas áreas naturales que normalmente no reciben el cuidado que tiene, por ejemplo, un jardín. Me detuve a observar con cuidado algunas cosillas y lo primero que capturé fue un pequeño grupo de plantas silvestres.
I took all the photos with my cell phone (Samsung Galaxy A01), trying to capture the best angle for the picture. I wanted the small plants to stand out even among so much grass.
In this photo it was a little easier, as it is a small plant that grew alone in the middle of the grass:

As I ventured further, I noticed a small red fruit on one side of the base of a large palm. The small fruit made an interesting contrast with the green grass, so I made a couple of captures until I achieved a result that I find interesting to say the least.
Al aventurarme más, noté un pequeño fruto rojo a un lado de la base de una palma de gran tamaño. El pequeño fruto hacía un contraste interesante con el pasto verde, así que hice un par de capturas hasta que logré un resultado que, cuando menos, me parece interesante.
After taking many photos, some more disastrous than others, as I found it very difficult to focus on small objects, I stumbled upon the base of a cut log. This base had a few mushrooms, sprouts and seedlings pushing their way through.
Tras tomar muchas fotos, algunas más desastrozas que otras, pues me resultaba muy difícil enfocar objetos pequeños, me topé con la base de un tronco cortado. Esta base tenía unos cuantos hongos, brotes y plantitas abriéndose camino.
At first I found it fascinating how many things I could photograph in this small wood stump.
It was very difficult because of the size of the sprouts, seedlings and mushrooms; I couldn't focus and sometimes focused on things around the main subject of my photograph, but finally I got a photo that didn't go out of focus and captured the small plant growing in the rotten wood of this stump.
En un primer momento me pareció fascinante la cantidad de cosas que podía fotografiar en este pequeño tocón de madera.
Fue muy difícil por el tamaño de los brotes, las plantitas y las setas; no lograba enfocar y en ocasiones enfocaba las cosas que había alrededor del objeto principal de mi fotografía, pero finalmente logré una foto que no se desenfocó y capturó la pequeña planta que creció en la madera podrida de este tocón.
Intending to return later to experiment with more photography on this rotten wood stump, I continued to look for what else photoresist and found something with a very strange shape.
It looked like a hairy spider with a bunch of leaves. At first I was scared, as I am arachnophobic, but as I got closer I realized that it was not a spider, but something like a parasitic plant.
I took several photos and in the end I decided to take the one I show you below:
Con la intención de volver más adelante a experimentar más fotografías en este tocón de madera podrida, continué buscando qué otras cosas fotorafía y encontré algo con una forma muy extraña.
Parecia una araña peluda con un montón de hojas. En un momento me asusté, pues soy aracnofóbico, pero al acercarme me di cuenta que no era una araña, sino algo parecido a una planta parasitaria.
Tomé varias fotos y al final me decidí por la que les muestro a continuación:
Yes, it is the photo at the beginning, but without the text. I must confess that when I took it I didn't notice something interesting and that is that if you look closely, in one of the leaves there is a dry area with a shape similar to a heart, interesting that in nature these shapes occur spontaneously.
As I said, you can get very interesting photos even in the simplest things in nature. Next time I will try to do something better with that rotten wood stump, let's see how it goes.
Sí, es la foto que está al inicio, pero sin el texto. Debo confesar que al tomarla no me di cuenta de algo interesante y es que si se fijan, en una de las hojas hay un área seca con forma similar a un corazón, interesante que en la naturaleza se den estas formas de manera espontánea.
Como dije, se pueden obtener fotos muy interesantes hasta en las cosas más sencillas de la naturaleza. Para la próxima intentaré hacer algo mejor con aquel tocón de madera podrida, a ver que tal.
For now these were all the pictures I was able to take in an area that we would normally consider overgrown, but where I found interesting shapes, textures and colors.
