Recently in my country there was a crypto-themed event, where Hive had the opportunity to be present, it was the Caracas Blockchain Week. In this activity there were many stands of different projects, including Hive, as I mentioned. Many fellow Hivers were able to attend and were talking with attendees, answering questions and concerns about blockchain.

I was not able to attend, but I did follow the activity through twitter, with lots of photos and videos that colleagues were uploading throughout the days that the activity took place. It was great to see them gathered together, standing up for blockchain and representing such a great community as this one.

Some of those hivers that did attend are from Barquisimeto, a city close to mine, I'm talking about an hour's drive by car, approximately; by bus it takes longer, 2 to 3 hours, but that's another story. Zullyscott is one of these hivers who managed to attend and was kind enough to invite us, those of us who could not attend, to a park in her city, so that we could have these nice souvenirs that she brought us on behalf of Hive.

Because of the proximity, I did not hesitate to also go for these souvenirs of such a great blockchain event that took place in my country. In addition, that day I had been invited to the zoo of that city, so I thought it was a great opportunity to visit these cool hivers and also to go sightseeing in a state that has very nice places.

While I was at the Zoo, I managed to take a couple of pictures of what they gave me and I was really delighted with everything. It's great when someone gives you something as a gift and even more when they are themed to something you feel a sense of belonging to, like hive.

I particularly love the stickers, or decals, whatever you prefer to call them. They gave me a couple of little red bags with the theme of the activity and many of these stickers, some referring to hive and another with the logo of the event, some I had them but others evidently not, so I felt like a kid with new cards from a deck of cards album. Among the things they gave us, there were also a couple of very nice hive bracelets, with the logo and everything in relief. Very nice, really.

Once in my hands, I took a picture with the bracelet and sent it to a telegram group that hivers from Barquisimeto have and where they were kind enough to include me. Back home I did not take long to paste the stickers on my laptop, where I had pasted others that I had been given in another Hive event I attended, this time it was done at a university in the city.

Once everything was ready, I felt very happy to have gone to get these gifts; besides, the visit to the zoo was pretty cool and ended up crowning it all as an excellent day...

Hace poco en mi país se hizo un evento con temática crypto, en donde Hive tuvo la oportunidad de estar presente, se trata de la Caracas Blockchain Week. En esta actividad se contó con muchos stand de distintos proyectos, entre ellos Hive, como ya les mencioné. Muchos compañeros Hivers lograron asistir y estuvieron conversando con los asistentes, respondiendo preguntas e inquietudes sobre la blockchain.

Yo no pude asistir, pero sí seguí la actividad a través de twitter, con el montón de fotos y videos que los compañeros iban subiendo a lo largo de los días que se realizó la actividad. Era genial verlos reunidos, dando la cara por la blockchain y representando como se debe a una comunidad tan genial como esta.

Algunos de esos hivers que sí asistieron son de Barquisimeto, una ciudad cercana a la mía, les hablo de una hora de viaje en auto particular, aproximadamente; en bus es más tardío el viaje, de 2 a 3 horas, pero esa es otra historia. Zullyscott es una de estas hivers que logró asistir y tuvo la cordialidad de invitarnos, a los que no pudimos asistir, a un parque de su ciudad, para que tuvieramos estos lindos recuerditos que nos llevó de parte de Hive.

Por la cercanía, no dudé en ir también por estos recuerditos de tan genial evento de blockchain que se hizo en mi país. Además, ese día me habían invitado al zoológico de esa ciudad, así que me pareció genial la oportunidad de ir a visitar a estos hivers tan geniales y también hacer turismo en un Estado que tiene lugares muy bonitos.

Mientras estaba en el Zoológico, logré tomarle un par de fotos a lo que me regalaron y de verdad que quedé encantado con todo. Es genial cuando alguien te regala algo y aún más cuando son de temática de algo con lo que tienes sentido de pertenencia, como hive.

A mi particularmente me encantan los stickers, o calcomanías, como prefieras llamarle. Me dieron un par de bolsitas rojas con las temática de la actividad y muchos de estos stickers, algunos referentes a hive y otro con el logo del evento, algunos los tenía pero otros evidentemente no, así que me sentí como un niño con nuevas tarjetas de un álbun de barajitas. Entre las cosas que nos regalaron, también estaban un par de pulseras muy bonitas de hive, con el logo y todo en relieve. Muy bello todo, la verdad.

Ya en mis manos, me tomé una foto con la pulsera y la envié a un grupo de telegram que tienen los hivers de Barquisimeto y donde tuvieron la amabilidad de incluirme. De regreso a casa no tardé en pegar los stickers en mi laptop, donde había pegado otros que me habían regalado en otro evento de Hive al que asistí, en esa ocasión se hizo en una universidad de la ciudad.

Una vez con todo listo, me sentí bien contento de haber ido a buscar estos regalos; además, la visita al zoológico estuvo bastante genial y terminó por coronar todo como un excelente día...
