Best tips for getting started in Hive! [ESP – ENG]
Saludos a todos los miembros de la comunidad, ¿cómo están? Desde mi punto de vista, una de los aspectos que puede ayudar a las personas que están empezando en esta maravillosa etapa de encontrarse en la plataforma, es recordar que aquí todos comenzados en algún momento, como dicen por acá en mi país, nadie ha nacido aprendido, así cuando miren a alguien teniendo éxito podrán visualizarse con mayor facilidad alcanzando sus objetivos tomándolos como inspiración, algo que a mí pues me ayudó de sobremanera cuando estaba dando mis primeros pasos. Sí, puede que algunos hayamos comenzado con amigos que nos tendieron la mano apoyándonos al resolver nuestras dudas y dándonos muchos consejos, pero para compensar la falta de esto, ahora tenemos la nueva iniciativa impulsada por @rutablockchain invitándonos a compartir aquella información de relevancia para comenzar con un buen pie dentro de Hive, desde lo sencillo a lo complicado.
Greetings to all members of the community, how are you? From my point of view, one of the aspects that can help people who are starting in this wonderful stage of being on the platform, is to remember that here everyone started at some point, as they say here in my country, no one is born learned, so when you look at someone having success you can visualize yourself more easily reaching your goals taking them as inspiration, something that helped me a lot when I was taking my first steps. Yes, some of us may have started with friends who reached out to support us by solving our doubts and giving us lots of advice, but to compensate for the lack of this, we now have the new initiative promoted by @rutablockchain inviting us to share relevant information to start with a good foot inside Hive, from the simple to the complicated.

Lo recomendable es que teniendo en cuenta cuáles serían tus objetivos dentro de la plataforma hagas por así decirlo una investigación de campo para reconocer las diversas comunidades que se encuentran acá, identificando cuáles son las que compaginan mejor con el contenido que quieres compartir en Hive. Hay muchas en las cuales podrás encontrar personas maravillosas que te recibirán con gusto, pero debes tener en cuenta que cada comunidad tiene sus propias reglas, y por ello deberías leerlas antes de empezar a publicar en ellas para así evitar problemas que resulten incómodos. Siempre vas a tener la opción de simplemente publicar en tu blog pero hacerlo desde las diferentes comunidades que existen te proporciona la posibilidad de que tu contenido le llegue a una mayor cantidad de personas y de esta manera darte a conocer, porque como se está en los inicios es un tanto difícil conseguir esto sin entrar de lleno en estos lugares donde consigues personas con las que interactuar.
It is advisable that, taking into account what your objectives would be within the platform, you do a field research to recognize the various communities that are here, identifying which are the ones that best match the content you want to share on Hive. There are many in which you can find wonderful people who will welcome you, but you should keep in mind that each community has its own rules, and therefore you should read them before you start posting in them to avoid uncomfortable problems. You will always have the option of simply posting on your blog but doing it from the different communities that exist gives you the possibility that your content reaches a greater number of people and thus make yourself known, because as you are in the beginning it is somewhat difficult to achieve this without entering fully into these places where you get people to interact with.

Esto nos lleva a algo esencial que es dicha interacción en sí y muchos ignoran pensando que esta es una plataforma en donde te limitas a compartir lo que tú quieres sin prestarle atención a lo que los demás están haciendo. Puedes hacerlo, sin embargo, tiene más valor que no uses las comunidades únicamente para publicar en algún momento, sino que también te involucres en sus actividades como sus iniciativas, comentes en las publicaciones de las personas que hacen vida allí, votes aunque tu voto no posea gran peso porque lo que importa al final es que estás decidiendo apoyar a esos creadores de contenido, algo que puedes hacer de igual manera compartiendo en tu blog sus publicaciones… hay una gran cantidad de vías por las que puedes empezar a hacer comunidad dentro de la plataforma centrándote en la interacción como mecanismo para ir haciendo amistades y conocidos. Por fuera están las plataformas de Discord y Twitter, donde hay tanto comunidades como creadores de contenido muy activos.

Hacer una publicación para Hive no es igual que dentro de las demás plataformas convencionales y debería manejarse cierto conocimiento sobre estos lenguajes que se utilizan acá, como lo son el HTML5 y Markdown, pues son necesarios si quieres hacer que tu publicación se vea visualmente atrayente a los posibles lectores. Para aprender esto que vendría siendo la base, recomiendo revisar la publicación de una de las personas que siempre se encuentra aportando en la comunidad, donde explica de manera concisa lo referente al HTML5 y Markdown aunque está solamente en español. Sin embargo, eso no sería lo único, también es aconsejable que agregues rasgos distintivos a tus publicaciones personalizando el espacio con separadores hechos por ti mismo y donde se le añada autenticidad, priorizando siempre el uso de fotografías propias que se muestren de la mejor calidad que se pueda. Aquello que se hace con cariño se nota, es por eso que no debes olvidar divertirte al trabajar en esta parte estética.

To learn the basics, I recommend to check the post of one of the people who is always contributing to the community, where he explains in a concise way what is related to HTML5 and Markdown although it is only in Spanish. However, that would not be the only thing, it is also advisable that you add distinctive features to your publications by customizing the space with self-made separators and where authenticity is added, always prioritizing the use of your own photographs that are shown in the best quality you can. What is done with love shows, that is why you should not forget to have fun when working on this aesthetic part.
Resguarda tus llaves – Keep your keys safe
Parece un consejo tonto porque es obvio ¿verdad? Pues no lo es porque a muchas personas les ha pasado que pierden sus llaves por confiarse y nunca está demás este recordatorio, pues estas son esenciales para poder usar nuestra cuenta en cualquier actividad que queramos, por ello es información con la cual debe cuidarse con quien se comparte, siendo la recomendación que esto no se haga con nada ni nadie pues las consecuencias pueden ser terribles. Hay una publicación que me ayudó mucho sobre este aspecto de la seguridad aparte de los consejos de mis amigos, aunque parte desde la base sobre lo que es Hive que también les servirá mucho, pero es muy ilustrativo sobre la seguridad de tu cuenta para aquellos que hablan español pues es en el idioma en que está escrita. Siempre desconfíen de los enlaces en los cuales entren, revisen con cuidado las direcciones de las páginas en donde están, asegurándose de que sean oficiales, esto ha alimentado mi paranoia pero sirve como protección para no caer en trampas.

Esto no es soplar y hacer botellas, como también comentan acá en mi país, necesitas trabajar la paciencias para empezar a crecer porque esto es un proceso de aprendizaje en un mundo nuevo, las fórmulas mágicas no existen, es mucho trabajo y constancia lo que ha llevado a la mayoría de personas con éxito en Hive a estar donde se encuentran ahora, cosechando todos los frutos que sembraron hace tiempo. Hay que asociarlo a la idea de que te encuentres en la plataforma porque te gusta compartir aquí con todos los demás, hazlo porque es algo que verdaderamente quiera por placer y no porque ves a muchos obteniendo una ganancia monetaria, te aseguro que haciéndolo por disfrutar de la excelente energía que hay en las diferentes comunidades, compartiendo lo que te hace feliz, vas a ver mayores resultados. Enamórate primero del contenido que quieres traer a Hive y tómale cariño a crear contenido, yo empecé con mucha pena de publicar y ahora me encuentro sin poder evitarlo.
This is not blowing and making bottles, as they also say here in my country, you need to work patience to start growing because this is a learning process in a new world, magic formulas do not exist, it is a lot of work and perseverance that has led most successful people in Hive to be where they are now, reaping the fruits they sowed long ago. You have to associate it with the idea that you are on the platform because you like to share here with everyone else, do it because it is something that you truly want for pleasure and not because you see many getting a monetary gain, I assure you that by doing it to enjoy the excellent energy that there is in the different communities, sharing what makes you happy, you will see greater results. First fall in love with the content you want to bring to Hive and take a liking to create content, I started with a lot of pain to publish and now I find myself unable to avoid it.

Sobre todo aprender a esperar es muy importante
Totalmente de acuerdo contigo, queremos de una vez obtener resultados, y eso no es lo que funciona en ningun lado, ya que si queremos resultados constantes y duraderos en el tiempo tenemos que construir poco a poco y para eso necesitamos mucha paciencia. Excelente contenido. Bendiciones.
Creo que en hive hay tantos espacios y comunidades que es inevitable conseguir una donde nuestro contenido destaque pero esto se lleva su tiempo... Buen post
