MY EXPERIENCE AS A SCHOOL LEADER

Before I start I want to use this opportunity to thank #Hivestudenthub for this opportunity to write out my experience as a leader in school.

I was giving the post of uniform prefect back then in my secondary school because i always appear neat and smart. I will say it wasn't easy been a leader in school because of what my colleagues and I faced back then, every day of the week we are the first to show up in school make sure we had our meeting first before the rest of the students arrived.
Every one of us have their duty mine was to make sure I check everybody's uniform to make sure it's in order, any student who let their uniform torn, dirty, unironed or flying out will will have to be punish so I make sure to check for those things.
It wasn't easy because some students are naturally stubborn and won't want to follow instructions because they may feel superior in terms of age or stature so it was pretty hard to organize such students but that didn't discourage me neither.
It's my duty to make sure everybody perform their morning functions or chores before the assembly, I and my colleagues will have to guide every student to make sure it's been done.
After every Assembly I will have to go in to their various classes to check for those who didn't perform their functions take them out and punish them, it sometimes result in heat argument and sometimes almost leading to leaders fight vs the victim students but the school authorities will deal with that perfectly.
Been a leader was fresh for me from the beginning but at last i made understand the reason I was a student leader. Thank hive community for this opportunity
