Mi segundo dibujo del Mermay | My second Mermay drawing drawing [ESP-ENG]

Hola mis amigos creativos en hive! Espero se encuentren muy bien, hoy les traigo el proceso de este dibujo el cual realicé cómo mi segundo dibujo con temática del mermay y el cual estuve esperando un poco para publicar ya que estaba participando con el en un pequeño evento de promoción de artistas venezolanos y ya hoy puedo compartirlo y decirles que afortunadamente fui la ganadora en la categoría arte tradicional. Hello my creative friends at hive! I hope you are doing well, today I bring you the process of this drawing which I made as my second drawing with mermay theme and which I was waiting a little to publish because I was participating with it in a small event to promote Venezuelan artists and today I can share it and tell you that fortunately I was the winner in the traditional art category. Materiales/Materials

Lo que utilice para realizar el dibujo en tradicional en una hoja tipo cartulina tamaño 35 x 28 cm, un lápiz de grafito 2 HB y un borrador (corté mi borrador haciendo que las esquinas quedarán en punta así será más fácil borrar espacios pequeños), mis colores, un marcador negro y un corrector líquido blanco.

What I used to make the drawing in traditional on a cardboard type sheet size 35 x 28 cm, a graphite pencil 2 HB and an eraser (I cut my eraser making the corners to be pointed so it will be easier to erase small spaces), my color, a black marker and a white liquid corrector.

✨Paso a paso/ Step by Step✨

Ya que era un dibujo que tenía que ser bastante especial y llamativo no solo por el mermay sino porque iba a participar en ese evento debía buscar ideas para poder crear mi propia idea y hacerlo a mi estilo, recopilé unas cuantas fotos en pinterest y de allí pude comenzar a hacer este dibujo. Comencé con el boceto del rostro y agregando todos los detalles los cuales quería para que el dibujo se viera más al estilo de las sirenas, al tenerlo listo delinee el dibujo con color morado y con azul oscuro empecé a hacer las sombras en su rostro.

Since it was a drawing that had to be quite special and striking not only because of the mermay but because I was going to participate in this event I had to look for ideas to create my own idea and do it in my style, I collected a few pictures on pinterest and from there I could start making this drawing. I started with the sketch of the face and adding all the details I wanted to make the drawing look more like the mermaids style, when I had it ready I outlined the drawing with purple color and with dark blue I started to make the shadows on her face.

Pinte sus labios con rojo y rosa dejando espacios en blanco para el brillo, con rosa y turquesa comencé a hacer tonos fríos que me recuerdan a las sirenas, pinte el interior de sus ojos con gris y azul y un poco de rojo, pinte sus zarcillos y comencé a pintar su tono de piel, usando color durazno fui construyendo su tono piel y mezclandolo con los colores que ya había agregado antes, pinte sus irises con color negro y luego comencé a pintar el cabello con marcador negro, con color blanco y azul fui haciendo brillos en su cabello además de detalles como las gotas de agua cayendo de éste, usando varios tonos de azul, turquesa y rosa hice el agua debajo de ella.

I painted her lips with red and pink leaving white spaces for the shine, with pink and turquoise I started to make cold tones that remind me of mermaids, I painted the inside of her eyes with gray and blue and a little bit of red, I painted her tendrils and started to paint her skin tone, using peach color I was building her skin tone and mixing it with the colors I had already added before, I painted her irises with black color and then I started to paint her hair with black marker, with white and blue color I made shines in her hair and details like the water drops falling from it, using various shades of blue, turquoise and pink I made the water under her.

Este es el resultado del dibujo, terminé de pintar el dibujo agregando una cola de sirena en el fondo que sale a la superficie y pinte igualmente el agua alrededor de ésta, con color negro pinte sus pestañas y con lapicero negro hice algunos cabellos sueltos en su rostro y alrededor de su cabello, ya por último hice un aura a su alrededor amarilla y con el corrector líquido blanco hice detalles de escamas o de piel mojada en su rostro y brillos en algunos de sus accesorios como la perlas en las trenzas de su cabello, en el agua y en las gotas de agua que bajan por su cabello. Me encantó este dibujo ya que desde muy pequeña siempre me han encantado las sirenas y que me sintiera a prueba para demostrar mis talentos también me encantó, estoy feliz de haber sido parte de varios artistas venezolanos que también participaron y salieron como los artistas del mes de mayo además me alegro también de haber sido la artista tradicional del mes 💙✨

This is the result of the drawing, I finished painting the drawing adding a mermaid tail in the background that comes to the surface and also painted the water around it, with black color I painted her eyelashes and with black pen I made some loose hair on her face and around her hair, Finally I made a yellow aura around her and with the white liquid corrector I made details of scales or wet skin on her face and glitter in some of her accessories like the pearls in the braids of her hair, in the water and in the water drops that go down her hair. I loved this drawing because since I was very little I have always loved mermaids and that I felt tested to show my talents I also loved it, I am happy to have been part of several Venezuelan artists who also participated and came out as the artists of the month of May plus I'm also glad to have been the traditional artist of the month 💙✨
