Hola amigos de ésta increíble comunidad creativa! Espero estén muy bien y feliz inicio de semana, hoy les comparto mi proceso de essta ilustración con acuarelas que hice uniendo del personaje de Mia Goth en la película Pearl. Espero les guste y los invito a leerme! ❤️✨

Hello friends of this amazing creative community! I hope you are very well and happy start of the week, today I share with you my process of this watercolor illustration that I made joining the character of Mia Goth in the movie Pearl. I hope you like it and I invite you to read me! ❤️✨

Materiales/Materials

Lo que utilice para realizar el dibujo en tradicional en una hoja tipo cartulina tamaño 35 x 28 cm, un lápiz de grafito 2 HB y un borrador (corté mi borrador haciendo que las esquinas quedarán en punta así será más fácil borrar espacios pequeños), mis colores, mis marcadores, mis acuarelas y mi corrector líquido blanco.

What I used to make the drawing in traditional on a cardboard type sheet size 35 x 28 cm, a graphite pencil 2 HB and an eraser (I cut my eraser making the corners to be pointed so it will be easier to erase small spaces), my colors, my markers, my watercolors and a white liquid corrector.

✨Paso a paso/ Step by Step✨

Comencé haciendo el boceto del rostro usando de referencia una foto de mia en la película. Comencé a pintar la piel usando acuarelas para tener una capa de color, también pinte el cabello, los lazos en el cabello y su vestido. Fui haciendo varias capas y aunque al principio no estaba convencida de como saldría después de secarse se veía mucho mejor, siempre los dibujos se ven muy diferentes cuando están en lápiz a cuando estan pintados.

I started by sketching the face using a photo of mia in the movie as a reference. I started painting the skin using watercolors to have a layer of color, I also painted the hair, the bows in the hair and her dress. I did several layers and although at first I wasn't convinced of how it would turn out after drying it looked much better, drawings always look very different when they are in pencil than when they are painted.

Luego de esperar que se secara comencé a usar mis colores, con varios tonos de marrón y negro fui pintando sus ojos y su cabello, con naranjas y rojos fui saturando la piel y pinte con rojo en los labios. Con el mismo rojo fui pintando las arrugas de su vestido y con rosa sombree para dar otro contraste, con marcador negro y rojo pinte su nombre arriba y con el marcador rojo hice sus pestañas. Ya que la actriz tiene unas cejas bastante claras use un color marrón bastante claro para ellas.

After waiting for her to dry I began to use my colors, with various shades of brown and black I painted her eyes and hair, with oranges and reds I saturated her skin and painted with red on her lips. With the same red I painted the wrinkles of her dress and with shaded pink to give another contrast, with black and red marker I painted her name on top and with the red marker I painted her eyelashes. Since the actress has quite light eyebrows I used a light brown color for them.

Este es el resultado del dibujo, con el corrector líquido blanco hice los brillos tanto en sus ojos como en su nariz, cabello, mano y vestido. Para las salpicaduras de "sangre" en su rostro y alrededor use una mezcla de pintura roja con marrón y bastante agua para poder salpicarla. Me gustó mucho el resultado aunque al principio dudé bastante en terminarlo y el resultado me encantó. ❤️✨

This is the result of the drawing, with the white liquid concealer I made the sparkles in her eyes as well as in her nose, hair, hand and dress. For the splashes of "blood" on her face and around I used a mixture of red and brown paint and enough water to splash it. I really liked the result even though I was quite hesitant to finish it at first and I loved the result. ❤️✨
