Hello dear friends and followers grateful to God for being once again giving a new installment of my content I tell you that emotional stability depends on yourself how you feel the commitment to move forward, plans, support, goals, I am at a stage of my life that my peace of mind is the first thing I do not want negative and bad people in my life, I have learned to block people over time life teaches you to curb your vocabulary and not to react every time you hear or see something that does not please you, I have also moved away from toxic people who are not worth it, places and sites that I no longer visit because the energy in those places was always bad, and there is nothing more healing than feeling good and you are away from everything that hurts you.

Hola apreciados amigos y seguidores agradecida con Dios por estar una vez más dando una nueva entrega de mi contenido les cuento que la estabilidad emocional depende de uno mismo de como te sientes el compromiso de seguir adelante, los planes, el apoyo, las metas, estoy en una etapa de mi vida que mi paz mental es lo primero no quiero gente negativa y mala en mi vida, que quiera perjudicar mi tranquilidad he aprendido a bloquear personas con el tiempo la vida te enseña a frenar tu vocabularios y no reaccionar cada vez que escuchas o vez algo que no te agrada,también me he alejado de gente tóxica que no valen la pena, de lugares y sitios que ya ni visito por qué la energía en esos lugares era siempre mala, y no hay más nada sanador que que sentirse bien y de estás alejado de todo lo que te hace daño.
