What type of CPU do you have in your machine? I know my recordings use to do that too until I upgraded my CPU.
Might just be you don't have good enough hardware.

Yeah I have a FX 6100, it is bottlenecking my GPU so maybe that's the main problem.
I'm thinking about changing that one for a FX 8150 (I think my mother is compatible with AM3+)
