Feliz martes para todos, espero estén bien, una de las cosas que hago al despertar es salir al patio en busca de rayos solares, los cuales nos brindan muchos beneficios para la salud. La verdad disfruté de mi inicio del día, el sol lucía espléndido y algunos árboles frondosos me hicieron meditar en los resistentes que llegan a ser a pesar de los repentinos cambios del clima. ¡Cuántas cosas podemos aprender de lo que nos rodea! ¿Ustedes qué piensan? Happy Tuesday to all of you, I hope you are well, one of the things I do when I wake up is to go out to the patio in search of the sun's rays, which provide us with many health benefits. I really enjoyed my start of the day, the sun looked splendid and some leafy trees made me meditate on how resilient they become despite the sudden changes in the weather.
