Distance from Airport to Bade Hanuman Mandir is 18 K.M. but due to traffic it will take 45 minutes to reach your destination. From Airport you will easily get cabs, Autos.

Hanumanji is another name for miracle. The name of Bajrangbali has been associated with miracles since ancient times. Whether it is to get the darshan of Ram-Janaki sitting in the chest or to bring Sanjeevani herb to revive Lakshmanji. Not only the mythological period but also the Kaliyuga is adorned with the miracles of Hanumanji. There are ancient miraculous temples of Hanumanji at many places in my country.

My father is believer of Hanumanji, During the Chilling winters of January, we went to pragyraj (city), it was pleasant feeling to go there, it was my first visit to temple but my father came many times. In the morning around 6.30, It was too cold but there was a lot of activity, many people was there, We had to drop the cab and then we had to walk for 1 km as there was no vehicle allow near the temple premise.

As One of temple of Lord Hanuman lying on the banks of the Sangam where the three rivers meet together Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. It is the unique temple as the idol of Hanumanji(lord) is not in a standing position but in a lying position. It is said about this temple situated on the banks of Sangam that if you do not visit here after taking bath in Sangam, then the bath is considered incomplete.

There were sellers of lamps and flowers outside the temple. Bought one diyas(clay lamp) and garland. In Hindu traditions, the lighting of a diya(🪔) in front of God is to invite divine blessings and bring the positivity.

Then I took Prasad(sweet offer to god). Hanuman ji likes laddus very much, so I took gram flour laddus for him to offer.

According to a story, hundreds of years ago, a rich businessman was carrying this idol of Hanuman ji. Then his boat reached the banks of Sangam and the idol of Hanuman ji fell. This businessman made all efforts to lift the idol of Hanuman ji but he did not get any success, then one night Hanuman ji gave him a dream and said that he wanted to stay at this confluence only (mystery of lete hanumanji).

This temple of Prayagraj is considered to be at least 600 to 700 years old. The length of this idol of Hanuman ji is about 20 feet. It is also believed that the water of Sangam always touches Lord Hanuman idol and after that the water of Ganga recedes. It is said that Hanuman ji never disappoints his devotees. Hanuman ji fulfilled all the wish and desires of the devotees came here.

I have seen a big idol of God many times but I have seen such a lying idol of god, it was my first and fabulous experience, I was really gasped, my mind had become so calm and positive, it was amazing inside out, To be honest, I don't have words to describe it.There were so many problems and unrest in my mind, but as soon as I entered the temple, I forgot everything for a moment and was just looking at Hanuman ji. There is a lot of positivity in this temple.
