Chilli Garlic Noodles ๐

How are you all? Hope you all are healthy, weathy n wise๐. Yesterday evening i cooked chilly garlic noodles as everyone says you have magic in your hands โบ even the my cousins always love to eat whatever i cooked, so i thought to make noodles n give treat to everyone. chilly garlic noodles is Asian style chinese noodles in which noodles are fried in dry red chilly, garlic n spicy sauces to make it more delicious n mouth watering. so i thought to share my recipe to my hive friends.
Ingredients
โ 1 Packet of noodles.
โ 5 teaspoons of refined oil.
โ slice chopped onion, carrot, cabbage, capsicum n garlic(as per your requirement).
โ cottage cheese (paneer) optional
โ 5-6 dry red chilli.
โ 3 teaspoon of soya sauce.
โ 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
โ 2 teaspoon of vinegar.
โ pinch of orange food colour.
โ 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
โ salt to taste.
Step by Step recipe
โ Boiled the noodles until they are 90% cooked, strain the noodles and wash it with cold water to remove the starch, now apply the oil n tossed it well. keep the noodles aside.
โ Heat the oil, add garlic, dry red chilly and ginger n garlic paste n saute for a minute.
โ Now add onion, capsicum, carrot n cabbage fried it for 5 to 6 minutes.
โ Collect the extra oil in the centre and add food colour to it.
โ Now add noodles, add vinegar, soya sauce, salt n black pepper n mix it very well.
Note : My noodles quantity is quite huge, so i found lil difficulty to mix.
โ Now add cubes of paneer.
Now your chilly garlic noodles is ready to serve.
