Tomar el sol de la mañana es una de las mejores cosas para activar el cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu y de hecho muchos médicos recomiendan aprovechar el sol que sale temprano en la mañana ya que no quema tanto y es muy beneficioso para la salud.

El sol es vida. Cuando se sientan decaídos, sin ánimo ni entusiasmo, ayuda mucho ponerse bajo los rayos del sol por unos minutos. Es importante que lo hagan a tempranas horas de la mañana porque luego de las 9:30 los rayos solares son más fuertes y pueden quemar nuestra piel.
