My LEO Goals for 2023

LeoPower Goal for 2023:
I have never really got down to trying to increase my Leo power, even though I have written more than a few short posts on the platform. For this reason my LP at this moment is very low, extremely low in reality. I own 9.445 Leo and it is not even staked. On the other hand this makes my path kind of clear, I just have to save as much Leo as I am able to make. I read an article with some parameters and it said that for someone like me, who is close to 0, a goal of reaching 2,000 Leo by 2023’s end is realistic and quite doable. So that will be my goal, reach 2,000 staked Leo by the end of 2023.

For monthly goals I will have to rely on whatever I can get from Author rewards and whatever I can buy from the small amounts of HBD I am able to make. Curation rewards, my LP being what it is, will be negligible for at least the first six months. I plan on making 94 LEO the first month increasing it by 10% every month as the following shows:

My strategy to reach my has to be to post as many informative articles on Leo Finance as I can, I am thinking of a minimum of two a week, plus of course use some of whatever Hive or HBD I make to buy LEO, I cannot of course use all, I am thinking of 25% of this income. Curation rewards in the form of LEO will be very low, at least at first so I cannot count on those right from the start, maybe in the second half of next year. In the meantime, and before next year even starts I will try to post an article or two on LEO Finance, maybe I can get a little extra.

Of course I understand that plans stop working as soon as they are started to be implemented, the Crypto world is highly conflictive and volatile and Hive and Leo cannot escape this, so we might face a very high price for LEO which would of course make my goals very unachievable or the price could go down which might actually help me out. Realistically, after the bad year Crypto has had, next year will probably see prices go up, so facing this, all I can do is persevere and maybe work harder to reach my goals. The very positive thing I do see, is that my goals are so low that a few good articles which reach acceptable voting numbers could get me well on my way.

Now what are To Do things I must do every month? Well as I said write as many suitable LEO articles as possible, participate in contests as you never know, I could win something. Write an article a day on HIVE and use some of the proceedings for LEO purchases. I would try trading coins to make a profit to use to buy LEO but I actually suck at trading. I of course am aware of my limitations as a writer so don’t think I am expecting big votes per article, but I guess a few might get some bigger rewards. I am actually writing this to use as a check list for how I am going, I expect to look at it every month and see if I am on track, if I am not I expect to see where I am going wrong and try to fix it. I think perseverance is one of the traits needed for achieving goals, and I must say I am not very much into perseverande, I usually quit when the going gets rough. Well, at the end of 2023 we will see if things turn up as I want them to.
