Taxes

I really have never expected to make any real money off of crypto, you know the will is there but the confidence isn't. But actually just writing I have been able to withdraw some money that has helped me to sort out a few financial discrepancies that I faced. Last year I was able to withdraw about $3,000.00 from several crypto sources, and I can tell you that helped me out a lot.

I live in Honduras and $3,000.00 is not even close to the lowest bracket were I have to pay taxes, as a reminder I am unemployed and any money I make apart from crypto is in the informal economy, but what I do make from Crypto goes through the banking system, so I guess if I do cross the tax threshold I will probably have the government asking me a few questions.

Of course my idea is to make enough to have to pay taxes on my crypto earnings so this year I am going to have to keep an exact count of what I do receive from crypto, I do think paying taxes is a hated but necessary part of living so I have no problem with that. In fact if I do have to pay taxes I will say 2022 was a success for me.
