... to pushup only 15 toe pushups and 10 knee pushups on top of that. It irked me so much that I did another set of pushups after my class. 20 hands on a bench. I'm tired and haven't slept well.
So should I be sleeping now? That kind of rest you mean? Is there the kind of rest where you can spend the whole night staring at the computer screen perhaps? I'd love to rest like that.
Shit happens :) At least one day of the 4 I go to the gym I kinda just stare at the weights then go home. Just means you need more rest maybe hehe

Anything with limited movement I think is good , repeat as required :)
