I exceed 8 HBD interest payout in December and going to be paid 10 HBD for per month soon ;)
I am glad to see myself still in the top 500 and I think HBD will be more attractive in 2023. I know Ragnarok will be using HBD and it's possible for even more applications to use HBD for payments.

Useful info - thank you ! I'm definitely looking to stack more HBD, one of my goals for 2023 is to stop hovering around 500th position plus or minus 20, and move up the ranking a bit so I'm consistently within the top 500.
I'm doing two things at the moment. I'm holding quite a bit of liquid HIVE and monitoring the price, once it goes up to about 10% more than I paid for it, turning it into HBD will mean I've covered the cost of the various fees to get it from Fiat to HIVE to HBD. I'm also monitoring the GBP/USD exchange rate; it's currently 1.21 USD to the pound, if it gets to 1.23 I'll buy HBD directly with Fiat because I can't see it holding at that rate for very long.

I think its best opportunity to hbd holder's to stake his hbd and earn 20'/' apr on stable coin. Many stable's coins going down due to bear market but hbd stable in 1$. That's the biggest success of hive.

The really exciting HBD news is that we now have just under $5 million HBD in savings and are on track to paying a million dollars in interest on a $5 million dollar loan in 2023.

These numbers are not sustainable.
The HBD market cap is now 7% of the HIVE market cap. The original HBD haircut capped the market value at 10%.

I suspect that some people sold HBD in December for taxes. I liquidated and converted my HBD to HIVE in December.
