Coping with pressure and stress in school

Pressure leads to stress then what is stress?
Stress is defined as a worried or nervous feeling that stop you from relaxing, caused, for example by pressure of work or financial and personal problems. stress in school is therefore, the pressure on the student because of much academic he/she must cope with. stress may be caused by a student working very hard to have high grade in his/her academic. it could also come because the student want to perfect in all subjects.

The number of student passing though much stress is high for example, a student took part in many extra curricular activities and had the respect of a teacher and counselors, but in the year before her graduation, she started having serious headache and tiredness. she feel that the long hours of intensive concentrated on spent on her work along with lack of sleep made physical ill.

As a student, you maybe working hard in school and when you have difficult home work and preparing for examinations, the student will work hard to pass. The higher number of home work, assignment can make the student not to have time to eat well and also sleep enough in the night.

this could make a student to be sick, also because teacher feel his/her subject is more important than the other as the student thrives to maintain higher grades.

No matter how strong one maybe, there is a level to what one can do in a day. too much academic work will cause a regular weakness which reduce a child's immunity syndrome. So many student wish they could with be
with friends,watch movies but most of them believe they cannot do these thing and still do well in academics.
As a result of this desire, they will be under so much pressure. To avoid stress, good student should try to be better organised and should not be ashamed to ask others to help them by drawing timetable(personal). The student should carefully during teachings and discussion in the class. Student should see home work not a problem in the class but as part of their training.

There should be a daily practice of stress management in our busy lines. This will help us not to be under pressure. this daily practice include Joy, peace, Goodness, self control. One should avoid bitterness, anger, wrath, screaming and using abusive words.A student not expect to be perfect, get regular exercise have some quiet time or sufficient relaxation and sleep despite the load of work that need to be done.

Te entiendo, soy profesora y muchos alumnos se encuentran en un estado de estrés constante mas que todo relacionado a este nuevo ritmo de trabajo que nos obligo la problemática covid. Tambien los profesores estamos pasando el mismo estrés que los estudiantes. Te recomiendo que en el día trates de hacer una actividad que te guste mucho y luego haces tus tareas.
