Hello to all hive members and cooking lovers I am very excited to be able to share with you the step by step of this delicious soup I made to enjoy a day with the family.

Este día invitamos a mi hermano Alex con su esposa y mi sobrina para compartir un día agradable, contar chistes, cantar alabanzas y comer.

On this day we invited my brother Alex with his wife and my niece to share a nice day, tell jokes, sing praises and eat.

Esta sopa es de huesos rojos y gallina, lo primero que hice fue picar la gallina y lavarla muy bien, lo mismo hice con los huesos, para ponerlos a hervir hasta que se sientan blandos.

This soup is made with red bones and chicken, the first thing I did was to chop the chicken and wash it very well, the same thing I did with the bones, to boil them until they feel soft.

Mientras hervían los huesos y gallina empecé a pelar y picar las verduras, las lave muy bien para tenerlas listas para agregarlas en la olla.

While the bones and chicken were boiling I started to peel and chop the vegetables, washed them very well to have them ready to add to the pot.

También pique y lavé mis aliños y montesitos ajo, ají, cebolla, culantro, perejil el olor de ellos juntos es divino.

I also chopped and washed my garlic, chili, onion, cilantro, parsley and the smell of them together is divine.

Las verduras y los aliños los agregué juntos con la gallina y huesos, un cubito, sal al gusto, un toque de aceite y dejé hervir otro rato.

I added the vegetables and seasonings together with the chicken and bones, a small cube, salt to taste, a touch of oil and let it boil for another while.

Mientras que se hacía la sopa empezamos a cantar, contar chistes y hacer dinámicas, fue un rato muy agradable.

While the soup was being made, we started to sing, tell jokes and make dynamics, it was a very pleasant time.

Una vez lista la sopita la serví y la verdad quedó súper sabeosa, es de mis platos favoritos.

Once the soup was ready, I served it and it was really tasty, it is one of my favorite dishes.
