Ya lo he comentado varias veces , y creo que realmente no me cansare de decirlo la arepa es de mis comidas favoritas , algo que como buena venezolana lo llevo en mi sentir, y es que modestia aparte este alimento es super versátil y lo digo en serio cuando digo que puedo comerla a cualquier hora del día.

I have already said it several times, and I think that I will never get tired of saying it, the arepa is one of my favorite foods, something that as a good Venezuelan I carry in my feelings, and modesty aside, this food is super versatile and I mean it when I say that I can eat it at any time of the day.

Para este almuerzo emplee algunos vegetales que ya llevaban un rato en mi nevera, repollo, cebolla, ajo y calabacín mas una pechuga de pollo.

For this lunch I used some vegetables that had been in my fridge for a while, cabbage, onion, garlic and zucchini plus a chicken breast.

Todos los ingredientes los pique lo mas pequeño posible y luego pase al sarten donde agregue un chorrito muy pequeño de aceite.

Chop all the ingredients as small as possible and then put them in the frying pan where you add a very small splash of oil.

Y cuando estaba casi listo agregue sal marina y especia, en este caso ajo, y cebolla en polvo para potenciar mucho mas el sabor de estos vegetales.

And when it was almost ready I added sea salt and spices, in this case garlic, and onion powder to enhance the flavor of these vegetables.

Luego hice mi arepa con la masa de siempre 1 taza de harina de maíz , mas taza y media de agua se amasa, se hace bolita y luego se le da forma de galleta y se coloca en el sarten hasta dorar por ambos lados.

Then I made my arepa with the usual dough, 1 cup of corn flour, plus a cup and a half of water, knead it, roll it into a ball and then shape it into a cookie and place it in the frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
