Feliz inicio de semana, en el día de hoy quiero compartir una deliciosa receta que prepare con cariño y tener el gusto de compartir; se trata un jugoso pollo horneado con vegetales, es una receta fácil de preparar no utilice muchos ingredientes tiene un tiempo de cocción ya que es horneado así que los invito a seguir el paso a paso de esta espectacular receta.

Happy start of the week, today I want to share a delicious recipe that I prepared with love and have the pleasure to share; it is a juicy baked chicken with vegetables, it is an easy recipe to prepare do not use many ingredients it has a cooking time since it is baked so I invite you to follow the step by step of this spectacular recipe.

Ingredientes/Ingredients

piezas de pollo,1 pimenton,1 cebolla,1 zanahoria,2 papas, perejil, mantequilla,1 limón, curry, onoto, orégano, sal.
chicken pieces,1 bell pepper,1 onion,1 onion,1 carrot,2 potatoes, parsley, butter,1 lemon, curry, onoto, oregano, salt.

Preparación/Preparation

Paso1-Step1

Primero comencé lavando muy bien las piezas de pollo, le exprimí 1 limón entero.
First I started by washing the chicken pieces very well and squeezed 1 whole lemon.

Paso2-Step2

luego le esparcí 1/2 cucharadita de mantequilla después condimente con un curry, onoto, orégano al gusto.

Después agregue sal al gusto, seguido pace muy bien y pase a cortar todos los vegetales y reserve.

luego agregué los vegetales encima y alrededor del pollo, seguido metí en e horno hasta cocinarse bien por adentro y ponerse dorado por afuera.

Un plato sencillo pero delicioso, también muy práctico, se ve delicioso. Me encanto las especies que usaste para condimentar el pollo y estoy segura que le dieran ese color maravilloso al pollo y a los vegetales, estoy segura que el sabor exquisito. Felicidades
