Un cordial saludos queridos amigos de hive, vengo nuevamente a presentar una deliciosa receta, especialmente es un postre, se trata de unos ponqués preparados con galletas de chocolate y cubiertos de merengue italiano con galletas, es muy fácil su preparación no utilice muchos ingrediente para este postre espero que les agrade así que comencemos a cocinar.

Ingredientes/Ingredients.

2 tazas de harina de trigo. galletas de chocolate. 2 huevos. 4 cucharadas de azúcar. 4 cucharadas de mantequilla. vainilla. canela. leche.
2 cups of wheat flour. chocolate cookies. 2 eggs. 4 tablespoons sugar. 4 tablespoons butter. vanilla. cinnamon. milk.

Preparación/Preparation

Primer paso/First step

.Tome las galletas de chocolate y le retire la crema de adentro y reserve, luego meti las galletas en una bolsa hermética.

Segundo paso/Second step

.Triture las galletas con un rodillos hasta dejarlo polvo, y reserve en un tazón.

Tercer paso/Third step

.Luego en un bowl agregue 4 cucharas de mantequilla y 4 de azúcar, seguido 1 huevo y comencé a batir muy bien con una paleta.

Cuarto paso/Fourth step

. Después agregue 2 tazas de harina de trigo a la mezcla, seguido le añadí un poquito de leche para poder integrar bien la harina de trigo.

Quinto paso/Fifth step

. Seguido le agregue a la mezcla vainilla y canela al gusto y seguí batiendo.

Sexto paso/Sixth step

.luego agregue las galletas molida a la mezcla, después le di movimientos envolventes para integrar todo.

séptimo paso/seventh step

.luego agregue la mezcla en una bandeja especial de ponqués la metí en el horno por 20 min, aparte prepare un merengue italiano y le agregue la crema de las galletas que tenia reservada, después de sacar los ponqués y deje enfriar decore cada uno con merengue y galleta en polvo.
