Hola querida comunidad, nuevamente quiero presentar una deliciosa receta, se trata de una pizza con salchichas en la horillas de la masa, con una rica salsa, su preparación es muy fácil espero que les guste el paso a paso así que mis amigos acompañeme a cocinar.

Hello dear community, again I want to present a delicious recipe is a pizza with sausages in the dough baking, with a rich sauce, its preparation is very easy I hope you like the step by step so my friends join me to cook.

Ingredientes- Ingredients

2 tazas de harina de trigo. 10 salchichas. Queso mozzarella. pasta de tomate. orégano. mantequilla. aceite. sal. azúcar. levadura. 1 huevo.
2 cups of wheat flour. 10 sausages. Mozzarella cheese. tomato paste. oregano. butter. oil. salt. sugar. yeast. 1 egg.

Preparación -Preaparation

Paso1/Step1

En un bol agregue 2 tazas de harina de trigo, seguido de 1 huevo entero y 1/2 cucharada de azúcar.

In a bowl add 2 cups of wheat flour, followed by 1 whole egg and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.

Paso2/Step2

Después le añadí un sobre de levadura en polvo, luego 3 cucharadas de aceite.

Then I added a sachet of baking powder, then 3 tablespoons of oil.

Paso3/Step3

Luego removí todos los ingredientes secos y le fui agregando agua poco a poco para poder amasar e integrar los ingredientes bien , seguido le añadí una pizca de sal.

Then I stirred all the dry ingredients and added water little by little in order to knead and integrate the ingredients well, followed by adding a pinch of salt.

Paso4/Step4

Después en un mesón rocié harina de trigo y pase amasar por 5 min.

Then I sprinkled wheat flour on a work surface and kneaded for 5 minutes.

Paso5/Step5

luego de amasar en un bol guarde la masa y tape con una bolsa plástica encima le coloque un paño, deje reposar dentro de horno de mi cocina por 1 hora.

After kneading in a bowl, put the dough in a plastic bag and cover it with a cloth and let it rest in my kitchen oven for 1 hour.

Paso6/Step6

luego de poner a reposar la masa, pase a preparar la salsa en una agregue la pasta de tomate seguido le añadí orégano al gusto.

After resting the dough, prepare the sauce by adding the tomato paste and then adding oregano to taste.

Paso7/Step7

Removía constantemente para que no se quemara la salsa, seguido le agregue 1/2 cucharada de mantequilla.

I stirred constantly so that the sauce would not burn, then I added 1/2 tablespoon of butter.

Paso8/Step8

luego agregue sal al gusto seguí removiendo hasta hervir y retire del fuego, después en el mesón agregue un poco de harina y puse la masa después que reposo 1 hora.

then add salt to taste, continue stirring until boiling and remove from heat, then on the counter add a little flour and put the dough after it rested for 1 hour.

Paso9/Step9

luego con un rodillo estire toda la masa luego coloque en una bandeja rociada con harina de trigo, después le coloque salchichas en las horillas de la masa hasta cubrir todo.

luego le agregue suficiente salsa a la masa hasta cubrir todo adentro.

Paso11/Step11

Después le añadí queso mozarella por encima de la salsa, luego con un cuchillo corte las horillas de la masa donde estaban las salchichas.

Then I added mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, then with a knife I cut the holes in the dough where the sausages were.

Paso12/Step12

Después le hice un pequeño doblaje a la masa con salchichas hacia arriba para que se vieran las salchichas.

Then I folded the dough with sausages upwards so that the sausages could be seen.

Paso13/Step13

luego metí en el horno por 20min aproximadamente.

then I put it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
