Hello full sport community, dear friends today I am pleased to share a routine that helps to firm and tone the abdomen; this routine was performed in my home because they are easy movements that do not require weight load; only work with my body weight, these movements are effective to work the middle zone, among the exercises I performed this: candle, side planks, crunch with elevated legs and to finish plank with hip elevation, are demanding movement that help me burn and reaffirm my abdomen; I invite you to follow my previous video conditioning abdomen before training, without saying more enjoy the video.
