LECHON BELLY AT THE RICE FIELD: Filipinos Favorite Dish at all time!!

My second day here at Hive. Just dropped my entry for today. Part of my life is also a vendor of Lechon Belly. It is an in demand food in all occasion. Selling my Lechon Belly Sa Pugong at the rice field area in our Barangay. Checking out my customers enjoying their Lechon Belly.
Lechon Belly: Filled with aromatic herbs, rolled into a tight log then roasted inside the pugong for 4 hours until the skin is get crunchy and the meat is juicy. Yummy!!!
And what makes the lechon standout?? It is the scenery of the rice field that makes every bites of crispy skin remarkable to the customer. They can only hear sounds of nature and their crispy bite and chew of the lechon skin. Families gathered in the rice field every afternoon to take a walk and watch the sunset while enjoying their lechon!!
