Equality; a missing value among humans.
We're not created equal as humans and even the world we live in doesn't give room for equality. There are different angles to examine if humans are equally created which includes our birth, growth, mental and physical capabilities, and despite putting all of these into consideration, the fact for me remains that we are not equally created.
Let's consider things from the birth of twins, these are children that are born from the same womb. They are been born at different times and if you take a proper record of their growth, you will find out lots of differences. They begin to walk and even speak at different times.
I used to know a particular twins when I was a teenager, they were in different classes in school which means that their mental capabilities are different. They have different talents, weaknesses, and strengths as well. If we can see so much difference in twins, how do we explain that all humans are created equally?
Our society today is another gauge to check if we are been created equally. We have the famous people and those who aren't, there are the rich and poor, there are those with numerous opportunities to fulfill their dreams and there are people with zero opportunity.
In the society we live in, even the human rights aren't equal. Yes, there are fundamental human rights that have led many people to their early graves.
You have the right to vote and be voted for after reaching a certain age but do you know how many people lost their lives all in the name of exercising their right?
You have the right to this and that but some set of citizens can deprive you of those rights just because they are wealthy or influential so where is the equality?
We have set terrible standards that have made the inequality in the society visible enough to everyone but we can't practice our freedom of speech to speak against the bad figures in the society because of the fear of being silenced like what happened at the Lekki toll gate on the 20th of October 2020 so where is the equality?
Equality before the law doesn't even exist because of bribery and corruption, we have seen innocent people suffer crimes they never committed while the culprits are walking freely, putting all these together has made it clear that we were not created equally and humans will never be equal no matter what we do.
Although some levels of equality can be restored but I can confidently say that the society is not ready for such.
Doing away with any form of discrimination or racism can go a long way in restoring some equality in the world. Religion, financial ability, skin color, and beliefs are things that have tampered with equality in today's society, and we have a lot of work to do on these things if we ever want to experience any form of equality. Things are so messed up in the world that we even practice gender and the question that I have always ask myself is how did we arrive here?
Doing away with our differences is one effective way I believe equality can be restored to some extent but still, humans can never be equal.
There's really no way equality can be established if biases aren't involved.

Every negative feeling we have toward each other must be resolved first before equality can be achieved.
The idea of inequality lives in our head, it is the first thing that must tackled before any physical action is taken.
Looks like we share the same views when it comes to equality. There are a lot of things that needs to be put in place for humans to be equal and with the way I see it, those things won't be possible anytime soon, for now true equality remains a myth
I don't have any doubt that it stop being a myth because those above will never want to reduce themselves to the standard of those behind them.
I am not surprised because those below are also trying to surpass the people above them so that they also wield their wealth, power and fame.
Even the government that said we humans have an equal right to some certain things don't treat everyone right and didn't even give room for some to exercise their rights. Let's just not stress ourselves because we are not equal and we are all born with different privileges and intelligence and all we can do is to thrive to become equal to others which didn't make us equal to them.
Our government are jokers, nothing in the world and even the law can bring equality except every individual choose to see another fellow as equal which is impossible as long as our differences stands tall.
Lovely post, we all can't continue deceiving ourselves. No equality anywhere, we still have a very long way to go if equal Right will be established. Even our so call government aren't treating us equally.
I certainly do not see equality happening in a hundred years from now and the better we realise that equality is not a thing for humans, the better for us.
