Para iniciar la receta, ponemos en una olla con agua a hervir, luego que esté hirviendo agregamos una pechuga de pollo con un poco de cilantro. Continuamos con el pure y para eso, pelamos papas y en una olla con agua agregamos para dejarlas ablandar.
