Espero su aceptación y que verifique mi cuenta para poder compartir con ustedes rutinas de ejercicios, ya que lo práctico para mantenerme saludable y para poder llegar a mi peso ideal ya que mi metabolismo es lento y tengo tendencia a engordar.
