While at home one hot February afternoon, Chor was meditating on how to obtain some land to cultivate.
It was very difficult to prosper when the Nefarious principality did not allow it.
Any initiative I had, was always truncated by some governmental entity with cheap excuses that made no sense.
One day while walking through the crowds in the market, Chor saw an old man being robbed of his bag of belongings.

As Chor was a person of good principles and values, an enemy of injustice, he could not contain himself and went to the old man's aid, catching the rogue and taking the bag from him to later return it to the old man.
The old man very gratefully invited him to eat at his house which was outside the Nefarious principality, to this Chor refused, but the old man insisted until our hero accepted.
Chor didn't have much to do and he could use a different meal than the one he always prepared.
On leaving the Nefarious principality, Chor and the old man talked about the things that our protagonist was doing.
The story did not seem to be very funny and made the old man show a worried face.
After an hour's ride in a somewhat noisy wagon pulled by a horse that looked as if it would give its last breath at any moment, Chor asked the old man how long it would be until they reached their destination.
He replied in a calm voice that they were on their way.

Having just passed through a narrow road, which looked like a tunnel under the mountain, a wonderful landscape appeared, a green meadow, a bright sun and a refreshing breeze that would alleviate any fatigue from the trip.
In the distance, but not so far away, a town could be seen and Chor asked if that was the destination.
The old man responded with an affirmative gesture.
Upon arriving at the site the old man told Chor that they had talked a lot and apologized to him because in the entire conversation he had not introduced himself.
Chor also apologized that he had only talked about himself and his hardships.
Immediately the Elder introduced himself as Prince Miranda and all they looked around was the ETO principality.
He was the top leader of a small principality with a sparse population of honest, humble and hardworking people.
Immediately, he called his wife Princess Dame, introduced her and asked her to please feed them because they were hungry and also told her how grateful he was to Chor for the favor done by rescuing the bag.

While they were eating, Prince Miranda told Chor that he was already very old and tired, that he had no children and that he needed someone he trusted to take care of the affairs of the principality.
The population needed a leader and there was no one who fulfilled the requirements for it.
Prince Miranda had been amazed by Chor's brave and selfless act, that led him to offer him the leadership of his people because he felt he would be a good ruler, he was young and would lead the principality to happiness and prosperity.
For Chor, that was crazy, he had no idea how to rule, he also had doubts that the population would take him as a leader as he was an outsider and he expressed to the prince that it was an honor but he did not accept it.
It was already quite late, it would soon get dark, so the prince told Chor to spend the night there and that in the morning he would take him back to the Nefarious principality.
He also told her that after a good rest, things would be better thought out.
That night Chor saw how the people of the principality showed love and joy to their leader and how part of that was also given to him being a total stranger.

In another part of the continent, somewhat far from Eto, was the principality of Cleta, which was ruled by Princess Chan, a pretty girl with beautiful eyes and an angel's face.
It was a very active and productive principality, full of young, energetic, hard-working, peace-loving and orderly people.
They also had as a commandment, according to their religion, to minister to their neighbor, they had to procure the welfare of their neighbor.
This made them appear as beautiful people.

Dawn broke and Chor awoke with a revelation, he was to accept the offer of Prince Miranda Eto.
He immediately took a bath with ice-cold water in the sunlight and the breeze coming from the mountains, and then rushed to the old prince's house to tell him of his decision.
Arriving at the old man's house he found a crowd with long faces, surrounded by an atmosphere of sadness; Prince Miranda Eto had passed away.
Upon entering the house, he was greeted by the elderly princess Dame Eto and threw herself into his arms crying while shouting that the prince had died.
After much weeping, the old princess handed a document to Chor delegating the principality to him.
In other words, Chor had inherited the government and the words of the late prince were law that had to be obeyed.
Immediately, the princess took him by the hand and led him before the crowd and made the statement.
They had a new prince and his name was Chor Eto.

Thus began the new life of our hero and thus began the new era of the Eto principality.
In time they became a well-known people because they specialized in manufacturing chariots or carriages pulled by beasts.
These cars were in great demand for their low price, but somewhat criticized for their not so good quality.
When the people saw the first one manufactured, they called it the CHORETO car in honor of their leader.
Everything was going very well, but the people wanted to see their leader happy and thought that for this to be possible they had to see him married.
This concern of the people reached the ears of Chor and the old princess.
She told the prince that he should look for a wife and that he should call the unmarried women of the principality to choose whom he would marry.
Chor did not agree with choosing a wife from among the unmarried women of the principality as if he were choosing vegetables at the market and by the way he did not like any of them.
Neither, he was of the third gender; fly then.
It was when he decided to register in a community where he could meet other people outside the principality.
He had heard that many had met their ideal partner there and it didn't hurt to give it a try.
Chor was not very enthusiastic about marriage because he felt very well living his bachelorhood and if for some reason he had a strong pain in his spheres, he would send for the always willing Manuela to help him.

On the other hand in the principality of Cleta, the beautiful princess Chan had been assigned to minister to the leaders of the Eto principality; the elderly princess Dame Eto and prince Chor Eto.
He immediately took the necessary steps to contact them and requested the courier services of the El Palomar company.
He selected the elderly princess to communicate with first.
Messages came and went, they got along very well, they talked a lot.
In one of those messages that Princess ChanCleta sent, she asked DameEto how her husband ChorEto was doing.
The old princess immediately replied that Prince Choreto was not her husband, that he was in search of a wife.
ChanCleta was amazed at the response and began to dig up any number of facts about the prince.
She was single and it wouldn't hurt to find out about the man in case he presented himself as a candidate for a husband.
With the same she wrote to him to introduce herself as his minister and thus make a first contact to get to know him.
He replied that he did not want anyone to be ministering to him, that he did not like that he was writing his things to a stranger without a job.
ChanCleta insisted, she looked for the old princess to help her, but the man was hard, he wanted nothing to do with her.
Perseverance was stronger than obstinacy; the ChorEto agreed to communicate,
but on the condition that it would be only once and that he should send her a picture of her.
Princess ChanCleta took a deep breath when she read the answer and activated all her artillery of words to get information out of ChorEto, asked for a portrait to be made and sent the pigeon to give him a hard time taking everything to Prince ChorEto.

Thus began the first formal communication between the young princes.
ChorEto went to great lengths, blurting out words by the bucketload as if he were stuck on WhatsApp that had not yet been invented.
She was not far behind and also sent her stream of letters.
Both of them were fascinated, admired and in intense sigh mode.
In those days Cupid (not the motorized one) was on vacation in the area and it seems that a couple of arrows fell on him.
Cupido, days later, stated that he had no responsibility in the matter.
I am convinced that he played crazy.
Months passed and the letters exchanged by the two princes were filled with love, affection and the need to meet.
Until one day Chor wrote to Chan, and in that letter he told her that he wanted to marry her.
She accepted.
He immediately told her that before getting married, he had to see her.
His perverse intention was to see how the girl was doing and if she could receive a down payment.
Chan cut her off in mid-air, realized her intentions and replied that she could receive him at her residence but that she would not give him any of it until they were married.

On a sunny day in the penultimate month of the year, Chor arrived at the door of Princess ChanCleta's residence.
When the woman saw him, she realized that this guy was a Choreto.
He looked at her and realized that she was in ChanCleta.
It was love at first sight, all that beautiful feeling that had been expressed in letters, was consolidated in a bubble that surrounded them and the smile of both illuminated the whole place.

A month later they got married, but not before having eaten their own chicharon each.

So, a few years later I showed up here all choreto and I attest that love at a distance is a reality and that everything when done with commitment and love works out well.

Today I am the president of the choretas flip-flop factory; but without being able to sell anything.
We are working on it.

Are you promoting someone in the post ? Do you talk about a project ? Did you create this content with someone else ? Is this a contest or an initiative ?

Ahora, me toca preguntar:
¿A qué se debe estas preguntas?
Gracias por visitar mi publicación.

It is my original content.
A story that I wanted to create and I put it into letters.
It is not an initiative, I love to tell stories and this is one of them.
I am not promoting anyone, there is no project as such and all my content is exclusively mine.
Now, it's my turn to ask:
What is the reason for these questions?
Thanks for visiting my publication.

Because #dcc is not a general tag to use. Please read here when to use it : DCC is proof of curation !.

I just want to see people collaborating. We have collaborative curation where we promote others. We have author collaboration where the content is created by more than one person. And we have expositional collaboration, where people can expose projects, initiatives, communities, contests.
