Greetings fellow shadow hunters of the weekly contest hosted by @melinda010100.

I'll continue with the shadows from my garden. I hope I'm not boring you with them, but since we are locked in by the pandemic, with the inconveniences of trying to get gas and little cash on the streets, things are getting much harder to accomplish.

But we keep fighting and achieving our goals, here in my garden there are endless shadows. This week I noticed that all along the front of my garage door, where I have all my plants, there is this beautiful shade produced by a plant by the name of Turnera Ulmifolia.

It grows in this place all the time and after a while the butterflies come and lay their eggs on it, the caterpillars hatch and do not leave a leaf on the plant. It falls off, dries up and after a few weeks another plant grows again in the same place.

The most beautiful thing is that it's a place that has concrete on the floor and there is a space between the union of the concrete with another concrete slab and there in that groove of approximately two centimeters is where this plant is born all the time.

I like its strong yellow flowers bright and shiny in the sunlight and today I have brought you the beautiful shade it produces.

I hope it will be to your liking, thank you very much for your comment and vote.

I love those plants that decide for themselves where they want to grow! We all should have more plants for the butterflies. Thanks for entering the shadow contest again!
