Hibiscus wine 🍷 #creative-sunday

Hello my friends, this is another episode of creative-sunday's writing, performing magic with our hands and thoughts.

After a long Pentecost Sunday service, coming back home I met this zobo dry leaf(hibiscus) seller, it's been a while since I enjoyed zobo drink so I decided to get some, but I had less than a thousand naira even though the money wasn't enough to make a rich zobo drink, I still went ahead to buy it, while he was measuring he was advertising G-vita drink to be used as sweetener, it was within my budget so I bought, he made mention of using TomTom for the drink "TomTom?" I asked in disbelief 🙄 he said yes TomTom, it gives it a red wine taste and flavour Hmm... Interesting, I decided to try it. I purchased everything for the drink from him.

Ingredients:
*Zobo leaf(hibiscus)
*Ginger
*Cloves
*G-vita (cola flavour)
*Secrete recipe (TomTom)

Procedure
Step 1
Wash the zobo leaf and put it in a clean pot,add the TomTom depending on the quantity of the leaf, add grated ginger and crushed cloves, boil it until it is concentrated.

Step 2
Bring it down to cool.

Step 3
Add the G-vita as sweetener or sugar or date, or what so ever you want to use as sweetener 😉

Step 4
Refrigerate, best enjoyed when it is chilled.

My opinion it does taste like wine but certainly not red wine, I think 🤔
You can try it at home, just maybe it might give you a red wine taste 🤷
