Saludos queridos amigos de hive, esta es la primera vez que publico en esta comunidad de @plantpoweronhive y quise iniciar con una receta muy sencilla de elaborar, pero a la vez es saludable y deliciosa; ademas que es ideal para consumir en la cena lo cual nos asegura que mantendremos una dieta saludable con la cual no aumentaremos kilos de mas, así que sin mas que agregar les presento mi sushi de calabacin.

Ingredientes:
Berenjena
Cebolla
Tomate
Cebollín al gusto
Calabacín
Aceite de soya
Vinagre
Sal al gusto
Palillos
Salsa de soya

Ingredients:
Eggplant
Onion
Tomato
Chives to taste
Zucchini
Soybean oil
Vinegar

Preparación/Preparation


Lo primero es trabajar en el relleno del sushi y para ello vamos a pelar la berenjena y cortar en lonjas gruesas a las que se le realizan unos cortes con el cuchillo para llevarlas a un sartén y asarlas por ambos lados; los cortes permitirán que estas se cocinen de manera uniforme.

Una vez asadas esperamos que se enfrien y luego las trituramos con un tenedor, agregamos la cebolla finamente cortada en pequeños cuadros, sal y aceite; mezclar bien y reservar.
Once roasted we wait for them to cool and then mash them with a fork, add the onion finely cut into small squares, salt and oil; mix well and set aside.


Para completar el relleno, lavamos, retiramos las semillas y cortamos el tomate en pequeños cuadros al igual que el cebollin, colocar sal y vinagre; reservar. Lavar el calabacin y cortar en lonjas con un grosor aproximado de 2 centímetros.
To complete the filling, wash, remove the seeds and cut the tomato into small squares as well as the onion, add salt and vinegar; set aside. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices approximately 2 centimeters thick.


Asar las lonjas de calabacin por ambos lados hasta que doren, una vez cocidas colocar con una cucharilla la pasta de berenjena y extender, luego se incorpora la ensalada.
Grill the zucchini slices on both sides until golden brown. Once cooked, place the eggplant paste on a spoon and spread, then add the salad.


Colocado el relleno, procedemos a enrollar en sí mismo y luego se le coloca el palillo a manera de sostenerlo. Para emplatar, agregar unos puntos de salsa de soya en el plato para colocar el sushi y por ultimo esparcimos unos cuadros de tomate en el plato y listo el sushi.

Now, I have an observation to make: Saying a small onion, a medium tomato, a medium eggplant, are very ambiguous measures, either you just put an onion, a tomato, an eggplant; or you express it in grams, for example: 100 grams of tomato, 200 grams of eggplant, etc., it's better.

On the other hand, it is not "small chives frog", it is "chives branch" or simply "chives to taste". Please make these corrections in your post (in both languages), and keep this in mind for future publications. Greetings.
