Thanks, yeah people do kayak on it but not in this section here. It's too close to the source and incredibly rocky for this region. A mile or two south I think it has less rocks and is easier for kayaking. If you go 10-20 miles south then it's definitely some prime kayaking territory!
The incredible thing about the United States is that there are so many gigantic rivers! It's awesome and really lets you appreciate the things nature has for us.
