QUANTO è VERA QUESTA FRASE!😏

Ogni tanto su internet trovo queste frasi, che mi fanno un po' riflettere, forse mi aiutano riflettere, una frase sicuramente che può essere utilizzata in tutti i contesti e che forse troppo spesso sentiamo nel mondo del lavoro.
Purtroppo molte volte al nostro cervello piace stare nella comfort zone e la nostra parte più antica della mente rifiuta tutto ciò che novità, e che è cambiamento, come al solito siamo tentati a dare la responsabilità all'esterno, diamo la colpa allo stato le istituzioni in realtà la prima resistenza è dentro di noi.
Specialmente in azienda, certe volte sento certi discorsi che dicono che i "vecchi" hanno sempre fatto così ma in alcuni casi è un valore aggiunto mantenere le tradizioni??
Oppure una frase che anche adesso è simile e va molto di moda è che "il governo ci dice che dobbiamo fare così" si sta perdendo capacità di osservazione, di amnesi, di capacità critica e anche di memoria storica.
"L 'abbiamo fatto sempre così" secondo me è una frase Killer della creatività e sicuramente dell'Innovazione e secondo me la risposta migliore sarebbe "è ora che si cambi".
Io questa frase l'ho anche sempre sentita dai parenti, quando ero una bambina innocente e poi quando fui un adolescente ribelle e ingrata, sicuramente non posso cambiare il mondo ma la vittoria sta nel non farsi cambiare dal mondo.
Ecco perché essere aperta alle novità è sempre stato il mio credo, però adesso che vado sempre su con l'età faccio sempre un po' più fatica.

Or a phrase that even now is similar and is very fashionable is that "the government tells us that we must do this" we are losing capacity for observation, amnesis, critical capacity and even historical memory.
"We have always done it like this" in my opinion is a phrase Killer of creativity and certainly of innovation and in my opinion the best answer would be "it is time to change".
I have always heard this phrase from relatives, when I was an innocent child and then when I was a rebellious and ungrateful teenager, I certainly cannot change the world but the victory lies in not being changed by the world.
That's why being open to new things has always been my creed, but now that I always go up with age I always struggle a little more.
