You are the engine room

Many of us work out our asses daily, we work round the clock all because of money, all because we want to meet needs, meet responsibilities we have, and be financially free and end up forgetting ourselves in the process.

We never have time to remember that our body, needs us, we never take the time to check ourselves to be sure we are okay, we never take a moment to be sure we are okay health-wise and this has killed many. This has put many on long-term bed rest, has taken many to their early graves, this has caused many to waste their money in search of a permanent cure which they may likely not find, or maybe a temporary cure to keep them alive, and this will re-shape their lives, making them wish they had been conscious enough.

This is something, they should have been conscious enough to do, while they could or maybe if they had realized it on time, prevent it instead of looking for a cure that they may not have, they only can manage it.

I am of the strong opinion that in between all of our hustle and bustle of life, in between our running around to make ends meet, in between trying to reach our financial freedom, in between writing out our vision, in between trying to reach our goals, let us be conscious to take pauses; a minute or two out of our 24 hours daily will not stop us from attaining whatever we are aiming for in life.

Take pauses to take care of yourself; physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually even socially so that you don't break down because you are in the engine room, and if you break down at the stage of your life when things aren't pleasant, it's going to be the end.

You wouldn't want to stay in your grave and watch things you tried and suffered to build alone go down the drain because you carried everything alone, take a break, even a daybreak isn't a bad idea because our body needs it.

Don't forget, you are in the engine room and when production is going on in the engine room, there is always a break to cool off the engines used for work.
