BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Weekly Challenge! (Eng/Ita)

Hello fellow Spinterlands players !!!

This is my first time taking place to the weekly Battle Mage Secrets challenge, I hope my post is interesting for you, you can get some info on battles and card selection by reding it.

Equal Opportunity

This week's rule set is Equal Opportunity, in which all monsters on the battle field receive Opportunity, the ability of attacking fron any position and targeting the enemy monster with lower health.

I usually like to choose Tarsa as a summoner, because I like to give Opportunity to all does incredible Melee monsters that hardly get a chance because the front space is usually taken (in my case by Grum Flameblade in high mana battles, and Cerberus in low mana battles).

Sometimes it's a mistake to select the monsters you would want to see in action, with Equal Opportunity you have to keep track of Speed, HP, and if your monsters have a double attack it's even better.

And these are the rule sets:

Only 16 Mana cap, I usually like very high Mana battles when there is Equal Opportunity so I can choose the melee "heavy hitters" , like Goblin Mech, that I rarely get to put on the field.
They gave us also the Heavy Hitters and Close Range rule sets.

So, it was a little bit confusing on what to focus on.

Here's a look at the battlefield :

My team has Tarsa as summoner, Tenyii Striker in first place, Radiated Brute in second, Ant Miners in third, and Scorch Fiend as a finisher.
I chose an all melee team to get advantage of the +1 in melee attack that Tarsa gives the team, but this was almost useless as my opponent , with Queen Mycelia and her Protect ability, gave +2 armor to all her team mates.

My opponent's team was very strong, I knew I lost at first glance of his cards : a level 4 Obsidian, Fungus Fiend in first place, Failed Summoner in second, Venator Kinjo in third, Queen Mycelia in fourth, Khmer Princess in forth, and Acid Shooter in last position.

My opponent's cards were well maxed out, no monster was under level 2, while I had 2 level 1 monsters.

I think the MVP card of the battle is, without a doubt, Queen Mycelia , her Protect ability made my monsters' attacks go nowhere with 2 points of armor.

It was a very difficult game, even knwoing the cards my opponent put on the battlefield, I still have a hard time deciding what team would have had a chance to win this battle, probably a team with all magic attack cards and Obsidian or Alric Stormbringer as summoners.

È la mia prima volta a partecipare alla sfida settimanale Battle Mage Secrets, spero che il mio post sia interessante per voi, potrete ottenere alcune informazioni sulle battaglie e sulla selezione delle carte leggendolo.

Equal Opportunity
Il set di regole di questa settimana è "Equal Opportunity", in cui tutti i mostri sul campo di battaglia ottengono l'Opportunità, l'abilità di attaccare da qualsiasi posizione e mirare al mostro nemico con salute più bassa.

Di solito mi piace scegliere Tarsa come evocatore, perché mi piace dare l'Opportunità a tutti quei fantastici mostri da mischia che difficilmente hanno una possibilità perché lo spazio anteriore è di solito occupato (nel mio caso da Grum Flameblade nelle battaglie con molta mana, e Cerberus nelle battaglie con poca mana).

A volte è un errore selezionare i mostri che vorresti vedere in azione, con Opportunità Uguale devi tenere traccia della Velocità, dei Punti Vita e se i tuoi mostri hanno un attacco doppio è ancora meglio.

E queste sono le regole del set:

Solo 16 di Mana massimo, di solito mi piacciono le battaglie con molto Mana quando c'è Opportunità Uguale in modo da poter scegliere i "colpi pesanti" da mischia, come Goblin Mech, che raramente riesco a mettere in campo.
Ci hanno anche dato i set di regole Colpi Pesanti e Distanza Ravvicinata.

Quindi, era un po' confuso su su cosa concentrarmi.

Ecco uno sguardo al campo di battaglia:

La mia squadra ha Tarsa come evocatore, Tenyii Striker al primo posto, Radiated Brute al secondo, Ant Miners al terzo e Scorch Fiend come finisher.
Ho scelto una squadra interamente composta da combattenti corpo a corpo per sfruttare il +1 nell'attacco corpo a corpo che Tarsa conferisce alla squadra, ma questo è stato quasi inutile poiché il mio avversario, con Queen Mycelia e la sua abilità di Protezione, ha conferito +2 di armatura a tutti i suoi compagni di squadra.

La squadra del mio avversario era molto forte, sapevo di aver perso a prima vista delle sue carte: un livello 4 di Obsidian, Fungus Fiend al primo posto, Failed Summoner al secondo, Venator Kinjo al terzo, Queen Mycelia al quarto, Khmer Princess al quinto e Acid Shooter in ultima posizione.

Le carte del mio avversario erano tutte al massimo, nessun mostro era di livello 2 o inferiore, mentre io avevo 2 mostri di livello 1.

Penso che la carta più preziosa della battaglia sia, senza dubbio, Queen Mycelia, la sua abilità di Defend ha reso gli attacchi dei miei mostri inefficaci con 2 punti di armatura.

È stata una partita molto difficile, anche conoscendo le carte che il mio avversario ha messo in campo, ho ancora avuto difficoltà a decidere quale squadra avrebbe avuto una possibilità di vincere questa battaglia, probabilmente una squadra con tutte carte di attacco magico e Obsidian o Alric Stormbringer come evocatori.
