Si abres mi galería del teléfono podrás observar montones de fotos al cielo 🥹 no solo de los atardeceres sino de nubes que me llaman la atención por sus formas, esponjosidad, incluso sus colores, soy así un poco rara, pero siento que la naturaleza me habla en todas sus expresiones.

Hoy les quiero compartir estas fotos que me encantan de atardeceres que he capturado en mis caminatas y algunas desde la ventana de mi casa, cualquier lugar es perfecto para capturar esos lindos mensajes naturales.

Me gusta mirar al cielo, y conectarme con su frecuencia de paz, en esos días en los que siento que todo avanza y sucede tan rápido me pongo a meditar en como las nubes se ven pasando tan lentas sobre mi cabeza, cada destello de sol que se va difuminando entre ellas, y eso es algo que me relaja demasiado me baja mis niveles de ansiedad y estrés.

I like to look at the sky, and connect with its frequency of peace, on those days when I feel that everything is moving and happening so fast I start to meditate on how the clouds are passing so slowly over my head, each flash of sun that is blurring between them, and that is something that relaxes me too much I lower my anxiety and stress levels.
