Difficult but necessary decisions (moving) / Decisiones difíciles pero necesarias (mudarse)

There are times in life when we must make hard decisions, whether it is withdrawing from a university career at a time when we are very advanced, deciding whether or not to reject a new job when we already have a previous one, or even starting a new business, among many others that we could think of, but the one I want to tell you about today has to do with moving, which is leaving our house or country for something different.
There are several reasons why we would have to make the decision to leave, and a very important one is personal growth, which comes in the form of new challenges to overcome and other times in the form of leaving an environment that gives us negative feelings constantly.
In both cases we must make a difficult decision because we will be in an environment of uncertainty for a while, all while we begin to get used to the new reality in which we will be for a while to come, and that comes with new people to meet or situations to solve, especially if we move from the country.
When we leave behind something that we were used to, it is very possible that we will pose for a grief, which refers to the feeling of having lost something that was ours and that is associated with feelings of anger and sadness, all while we get used to the new reality and understand that now we will live in that and what we lived before is part of our past.
We have to think that the reason we move must be one for our own well-being, so if that is the reason, it can be much easier to take the motivation that leads us to make the whole process easier, while if we don't see it that way, everything will be much more difficult because we will be frequently questioning the reason why we should leave our comfort behind.
This is part of getting out of our comfort zone, so we have to expect that change will come with positive and negative situations that will constantly test us, but at the end of the day it is these situations that make life a little fun.

Hay momentos en la vida en que debemos tomar decisiones difíciles, ya sea retirarnos de una carrera universitaria en un momento en que estemos muy adelantados, decidir si rechazamos o no un puesto de trabajo nuevo cuando ya tenemos uno anterior, o hasta comenzar un negocio nuevo, entre muchas otras que podríamos pensar, pero la que les quiero comentar hoy tiene que ver con mudarnos, que es salir de nuestra casa o país hacia algo distinto.
Existen varias razones por las que tendríamos que tomar la decisión de irnos, y una muy importante es el crecimiento personal, que viene en forma de nuevos retos por superar y otras veces en forma de salir de un ambiente que nos da sentimientos negativos constantemente.
En ambos casos debemos tomar una difícil decisión porque vamos a estar en un ambiente de incertidumbre por un tiempo, todo mientras comenzamos a acostumbrarnos a la nueva realidad en la que estaremos por un tiempo futuro, y que viene con nuevas personas por conocer o situaciones que resolver, sobre todo si nos mudamos del país.
Cuando dejamos atrás algo a lo que estábamos acostumbrados, es muy posible que posemos por un duelo, que se refiere a la sensación de haber perdido algo que era nuestro y que se asocia con sentimientos de enojo y tristeza, todo mientras vamos acostumbrándonos a la nueva realidad y entendemos que ahora viviremos en aquello y que lo que vivimos antes es parte de nuestro pasado.
Tenemos que pensar que la razón por la que nos mudamos debe ser una para nuestro propio bienestar, por lo que si esa es la razón, puede ser mucho más fáciles tomar la motivación que nos lleve a hacer todo el proceso de una manera más fácil, mientras que si no lo vemos de esa manera, todo va a ser mucho más difícil porque estaremos cuestionándonos frecuentemente la razón por la que debemos dejar nuestra comodidad atrás.
Esto es parte de salir de nuestra zona de confort, por lo que tenemos que esperar que el cambio venga con situaciones positivas y otras negativas que nos pongan a prueba constantemente, pero al final del día son estas situaciones las que hacen que la vida tenga un poco de diversión.
