Good morning everyone,

It's a beautiful Tuesday morning here in ilorin Kwara state. It's been a rainy morning and the weather has been so cold. When it rains, cooking heavy food or long process food isn't always the best choice. In most houses bread and tea or bread and egg are always the chosen choice. It's fast to prepare and it goes pretty well with the weather. So this morning I decided to make bread and egg for the family. Normally my brothers prefer egg made with sauce but there was no sauce at home so I had to improvise. I just use tomatoes, pepper and onions instead and it even taste better than the one made with sauce.
