New drawing: Abebi

Hello everyone,

A beautiful morning to you. Today I want to share with us my recent digital drawing which I make few days ago and I titled it Abebi. Abebi is a Yoruba name which means “She came after asking“. I decided to make a collection to give meaning and beauty to these traditional yoruba names called "Oriki" because people barely bare these names again. Abebi is a child that was appealed to before she was born and I think it’s a beautiful name.

I made this drawing to be of a beautiful thick woman which happens to be my body type. I also draw on her a beautiful thick Afro hair to show the beauty of natural hair. I hope to draw more thick ladies because they are beautiful and they should be appreciated too.

The drawing was done on procreate using the normal brushes found on it.

Great work, Gloria. I love the texture is her skin and hair. An the way you managed the glow in her eyes and lips.
