It's a really terrible situation, why put out a deadline when the new notes hasn't circulated, and to think that the new note is inferior in quality, smh for Nigeria.

The whole thing is quite pathetic dear, but whatever it is, I hope something good comes out but if it doesn't life has a way of paying back especially those innocently affected just to satisfy personal gains.
