There is a common saying that You can't give what you dont have.
For the pass days, months and years I have been consciously giving out love to every and anyone that comes across me.Even if some people may not deserve it because of their dispositions and so, but it's necessary to give out love in the possible way You can. Don't let people bad ruin your good heart.

So while loving others I have consciously decided to love me because mo one can love me better than me.

Funny enough the way you treat or Carry yourself determines how people will relate or treat you.
Yes people get to learn from you.
You can't treat yourself as trash and then expect people to treat You otherwise.
So I advise if you are out there downgrading yourself because of what you passed through or so, stand up oh! yes get up, shake it off and love yourself. Carry your self with so much respect, each time You step out to anywhere be conscious to walk with so much poise and elegance, and then add a smile 😁😁😁.

No one has the key to your happiness except you, do not by any chance allow anyone determine your mood.
If anyone treats you bad just kill them with some kindness and they will have no other choice than to treat you well.
