How to Prepare a delicious and tasty porridge Yam🤤🤤🤤
So Today I have been busy from one chores to another, and it has been a bit hectic. One would wonder why I am not at work but we'll today and tomorrow has been declared midterm break in my state because of the election that's coming up in my state.
Now let's get straight to the point.
Today I will showing us how to prepare porridge yam for my family.
We all know family is everything.
Now here are the steps👇👇👇👇👇👇
First of all you peel the yam, then slice it.
There after you wash the yam, put them neatly into the pot and add water to it, then you set fire and keep it on the stove, gas, firewood depending on what you are using to cook.
While it's in the fire You slice, your onions, pepper, crayfish, fish, maggi, Palmoil etc.
Now some people love the porridge without leaf to spice it up while other loves it with the leaf, and I happen to be one of those that loves it with leaf.
So I'd you are like me you can also prepare your lead by washing it and them shred it.
After all this is done or maybe while preparing all the condiments you check it the yam is soft, if yes you add all your condiments, the maggi, salt, pepper, etc. then you add the palm oil and leaf lastly and allow it to steam and then bring it down.
Meanwhile the leaf I used it called Bare leaf🌿.
Some people could use spinach, pumpkin, curry leaf, scent leaf etc.
When you are done please Dish your food and sit down to enjoy it.
