Maquillaje artístico edición: Spooky season 👹

avatar

¡Bienvenidos a mi blog!

Welcome to my blog!

Hey!

Hey, how are my creative hivers? The most fun month for makeup artistry is here, and although we can always work on horror-inspired creations whenever we want, in October that cool and dark vibe is more evident. That's why today I'm sharing with you my first proposal for the "Spooky season".

I don't know who came up with the idea that clowns are children's characters, because I've always been scared of them, even when they are very colorful and cheerful. The fact is that this character is very easy to represent in a negative way, you just need to exaggerate the smile, give it a dark vibe and voila, you have a very creepy character 🤭

Utilicé los siguientes
materiales:

  • Paleta de pintura corporal
  • Brochas varias
  • Pomada para cejas
  • Polvo compacto

I used the following
materials:

  • Body paint palette
  • Various brushes
  • Eyebrow pomade
  • Powder compact

Paso a paso:

Step by step:

  • I started by laminating my eyebrows, for this I used an eyebrow pomade and with the help of a special brush, I combed them until they were completely straight.

  • First, with a thin brush and white paint I began to delimit the areas that I was going to paint in a different color. In this case they were the eyes, the mouth and a part of the nose.

  • Then, with the same white paint I covered the parts of the face that would serve as a mask.

  • The next thing I did was to use the black paint to cover the eye and mouth area. I warn you that this is something that you will have to do in several layers, especially on the eyes because when you blink the paint runs.

  • Next, with the help of the red paint, I drew the edges of the eyes, mouth and a circle on the nose.

  • Finally, I used the black paint to make some details of the face, more specifically wrinkle lines, and then used the white paint to draw the teeth.

O es lo que quiero pensar 🤭 The really difficult part was the photo shoot, because I was supposed to photograph me with my eyes closed and gentlemen, what a job that is! I had to retouch the painting of the eyes about 10 times, and the little gray spot that was supposed to look like the brightness of an eye, I had to retouch it several times 😅 But well, I think that despite everything it looked good..... Or that's what I want to think 🤭

¡Nos leemos pronto!

See you soon!

¡SALUDOS!
