Development fund will accelerate protocol and feature building and marketing fund will boost awareness and adoption. So I sincerely believe that, for THORchain's long-term success a balance is necessary

Totally get the need for balance. Development pushes the tech forward, but without marketing, no one knows about it. Maybe split the difference for now and see what works best?
