A Day in My Life Blog: Our Successful Cooperative Monthly Meeting held at the Barangay Hall, and O have Attended My Nephew's Birthday Even He is Now Lives in Australia! 😇🤗🎉

The end of the month of June has finally here and when the end of the month happen, it is also our Monthly Meeting of our Cooperative which happens every last Sunday of the month.

This usually happened every afternoon from 2:00 in the afternoon until 4:00 in the afternoon and during our meeting we will be talking more about an update and other important details with regards to our Cooperative with the supervision of our Cooperative Chairperson.

Aside from the monthly meeting of our Cooperative, I will be sharing the Birthday Celebration of Nephew. It is my cousin's son who celebrates his 11th Birthday even though he is not here, as they're living in Australia.

I have few stories to tell now but never I forget to thank and give appreciation to all my supporters here in the community. Thank you so much to the Community Admins, all Curators and all Commenters for the support.

I am the acting Secretary of our Cooperative as of this time as we don't have new Secretary hired and since I am also a Board of Directors Member, I am obliged to attend the meeting.

A day before this Monthly Meeting happened, I have messaged all our Cooperative Members for them to be reminded for this event we have. Even though they are now required to attend as this meeting is a Board of Directors Meeting, everyone are welcome to attend.

The meeting is scheduled to happen by around 2:00 in the afternoon and since we don't have an official building as of the moment, we asked permission to the Barangay Captain that every last Sunday of the month we will be having our meeting at the Barangay Hall.

Around 1:30 in the afternoon, I went to the house of one of the Barangay Utility Worker who have ne of the Keys of the Door. As I finally get the keys, immediately went to the Barangay Hall to open it while waiting for others to come.

In just a few minutes, many of my Co-Board of Directors have finally arrived with our Cooperative Chairperson, and we have some Cooperative Members who will attend the meeting.

Now since we are quorum as we are four members of the board are present since we were only Five Members of the Board. The Chairperson declares the meeting officially open and I was asked to open this in prayer.

After the opening prayer, I was now then led every one to our Cooperative Pledge. This is necessary whenever we have events and meetings in connection to our Cooperative.

The Chairperson now takeover the meeting and read some of the agendas that we needed to know. What she shared are very important to our Cooperative and to all our Members, and for our Cooperative growth.

One important update we needed to do now is the implementation and have an event for our Community Service, so we can used our Community Development Fund as required by the Cooperative Development Authority.

What we have decided is for us to feed the Senior Citizen instead of feeding children. Knowing that some of our Cooperative Members were already Seniors, even our Chairperson. It is very ideal to have a feeding for the Senior Citizen during their meeting by July.

That was already around 4:00 in the afternoon when we officially end our meeting and we thank God for it was a Successful meeting for our Cooperative and all of us will benefit.

When I went back home, my Aunt called me to tell me that we need to gp to their house with my Nephew Baby King2x as her grandson who lived in Australia will be celebrating his 11th Birthday today.

My Nephew Baby King2x is now very excited when he know about it, and then we went immediately to the house of my Aunt and some of the kids were already present and my Aunt already finished preparing all the foods.

After a few minutes, the simple celebration was now started since the foods were already prepared. All the kids were called to come near the foods so we can start praying.

I was now then told to pray for the Birthday Celebrant, and even though the celebrant is not here with us, as he is now at Australia, we can still declare through prayer to him.

Through video call, the Birthday Celebrant now can even hear us and at that time, I have started praying to him. I just pray and declare blessings and that all his desires in life will be fulfilled and that God will always guide and help him today and in the future.

All the kids now sang a Birthday song which makes the Birthday Celebrant happy even through video call only. After then, it is now time for us to take our diner with all the yummy foods that has been prepared which makes us very full after.
