We all love to eat healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits. Because it provides good benefits for our body, especially for children. There are different estelos and pots that can be cooked depending on the vegetables we have. What I am going to share with you today is how to cook ampalaya with eggs. This dish is popular because it is usually what our mother cooks and prepares at the dinner table.
Before we continue with our topic for the day I will share a little bit of what I know about ampalaya. Ampalaya or Bitter Gourd in English is a type of vegetable that has a bitter taste. Even though it has a bitter taste, it has good benefits for our body. It provides vitamins that are very important to our body.

There are few ingredients in cooking ampalaya with eggs;

👉 Eggs
👉 Ampalaya
👉 Salt
👉 Other spices
👉 Oil
👉 Onion
👉 Garlic

Here is the Cooking method;

First, cut the ampalaya into thin pieces. This helps the ampalaya cook easily.

Next, peel and slice the onion and garlic. It helps the cooked dishes to rise. It is also our tradition that when sauteing, garlic and onion are cooked first.

Because ampalaya has a bitter taste, it can be squeezed with salt to lose or eliminate its bitter taste. Squeeze it well until its juice comes out.

Heat oil in a pan and add the sliced ​​garlic and onion. Saute it for a few minutes until its aroma comes out and its color turns golden brown.

Next, add the ampalaya and mix it well so that its taste is balanced. It can be cooked ampalaya, half-cook.

Add an egg because it is one of the things that make the ampalaya cooked taste better.

When the ampalaya is about to be cooked, add the beaten egg and mix it well. Next put the seasonings such as seasonings and salt. Mix well again and wait for the ampalaya to cook.

Cucumber Salad

Few of us like to eat Pipino or cucumber I call it. It is good to make a salad and it contains vitamins in our body. It can also be placed on the eyes that have eyebugs. It also smoothes the complexion, just rubbing it on our skin.
It's simple to make a salad from cucumber, first just peel it well, cut it into thin slices and add vinegar and salt. It can also be given a spicy flavor such as chili.
